So i bought these items and when i placed payment it had came up system error. but still removed my money off my account. so i contact customer service, say okay lets see youre bank statements. So sent over my bank statements leaving off personal information. well they came back and said no we need the whole statement. Which is crazy because the only other thing there was on the statement was my bank account number and my personal information. Which i told them im not sending all of that. Then they asked for my whole debit card number like all the infor on it. These people are scammers. its been over a month for one order, and still nothing at all.

If it were possible to give a much lower rating than a 1 star, I would certainly be giving it. I placed an order from this website, which took for ever to be received in the first place, and then, after receiving the item and testing it out, I found that the item did not work properly. I emailed the seller a number of times and received absolutely NO response. I also emailed the seller as to the problem with the item and asked for help and still no response. I finally decided to begin the "Dispute" process and followed their guidelines to the letter, including sending 2 videos as evidence that the product does not function properly and asked for a return and refund. After a few days I received a response back from their "Dispute" center and was advised that my video evidence was unacceptable. Can someone PLEASE tell me how VIDEO evidence can possibly be unacceptable? I then finally received an email from the seller advising that they were "pleased" to provide me with a $5.00 refund so that I could close the disputer "as soon as possible". I then decided that I should escalate the dispute to "Mediation", which I did. The next day I received 2 emails for this so called "Mediation" stating that, again, they were pleased to advise that a $5.00 refund was being sent to my payment method. NO explanation as to why there was a decision for not providing me with the full refund for the return of the item, at all. They tout their terrific "Buyer Protection" policy which appears to me to be a seller protection policy or a "Cover our Butt" policy. I have NEVER dealt with such a misleading and downright criminal outfit in my life and, rest assured, this will NOT be the only place that I leave a review of this company!

Totally fake! I had a recent experience with this website. They are being very irresponsible and not communicate in professional way!
It is completely waste of time and money!
Although they will block you any time! Either you have paid for the product!
They are fake! Do not buy products from them. They are accepting payments and then blocked you! A complete group of slammers and fakers!
Never received item. Was ripped off like others. Company needs prosecuting for fraud.
Scam! You will not receive your order if you order from there.

02/12/2016 I payed 47, 24 pounds for teenage cout order nr. PO#[protected]. Was waiting three month. Then I wrote for them where is my order. They said that I need wait 110 days. When I ask after 110 days, they said that this cout out of stock and I need choose another or wait. So I wait till now. Now is 23/01/2018 so it is more than one year and I still don't have my order. Please refund my money. Thank you

I hate you be a customer who complains but the company who sold me the sweater that k order is horrible! I have been contacting them for over a month now about my order, they said that they would send another 1 and it should arrived to me within 6-15 days on january 2nd and that I was suppose to get a refund on my shipping that I payed for and I still havent received my refund... I'm not a happy customer and at this moment I would not recommend this website or their company to anyone

In has been nearly 11months since we made the mistake of ordering anything off dhgate!

Despite within 48hours of receiving our order #[protected] from dhgate which had a counterfeit, not as described, poorly made garment (one sleeve coming out a waist height the other at shoulder height) attempting to raise a dispute it has been dhgate online support which has been completely useless.
They continually when we can get a hold of them as they are always 'experiencing technical difficulties' (seems like they block us) tell us the refund is being processed when we get any answer out of them at all that isn't please contact us back tomorrow we will have more for you then! (11 months).
The 14 different email addresses I have for dhgate also fail to respond to any emails at all, and your international customer support phone number has told me personally four times our refund is being processed - the person on the phone is always called Steven despite it being different people!
Despite dhgate having a buyer protection policy to cover such instances no response comes from dhscam!
This buyer protection also talks about fining sellers who sell counterfeit poorly made products and despite repeated requests for proof that dhgate has fined this seller I have got no response!
Once dhgate has your money they do not care!
I would stay so far away from this company that I wouldn't even have the time to be looking at this as it relates to dhgate! dhscam

I paid for a clothing item from DHgate.com on line however the company has not delivered the item in three months. I made several attempt & contact to get the item to no avail. I was informed by DHgate.cm Marketing division that if I had not received the item by 26th December 2017 I should ask for refund, which I did but there has been no response from DHgate.com. fromPlease help get my refund for order number [protected] made on 10th September 2017.

I ordered for a chiffon kimono online from dhgate and made online payment as requested i got the notification from the bank stating the payment was successful with dhgate but my order still remains pending claiming the payment is not made and asking me to pay again a sum of 1453 rupees . I need a refund or I need to get the dress I ordered as soon as possible .

Ordered size L but they were to small. Messaged seller newjerseycharm to get refund. Was told it's my fault. They told me they completed the order based on size I ordered. Refused to refund me. Offered to give me discount on new order. Said I would have to pay for shipping items back. Submitted customer service complaint and a dispute but seems like it's bout very helpful. I made a purchase for $115.03 on December 27, 2017 but DHGate took out $115.03 and $116.18. I only made 1 purchase what do I need to do to get my money returned before I dispute this with my bank because the $116.18 is an unauthorized charge my shoe shoe purchase was only $115.03? I should not have 2 different charges for a purchase that was suppose to be $115.03.

Hi I purchased 3 men's hiking pants as a Christmas gift for my husband and my 2 sons. I ordered 1 size small and 2 size large. They don't fit them. they do not have the size on the pants. They really like them but they are too tight, they can't wear them, they can't even get them on. I'm trying to find out how to return them? I first talked to to the store through DHgate. The stores name is jerseys. I ordered it on December 5th 2017 and the ensured me it would be here by Christmas, needless to say mail delivery is over until after Christmas and I still haven't received it. I tried messaging them over 15 times and no response. It always say store is off line. DHgate between my son and I you get 3 thu.bs down. Oh and customer service numbers do not work. I will never ever purchase anything from DHgate again unless this is taken care of in a good way ie. refund some or all of my money. I frustrated as i am, I encourage shoppers to shop as Wish.com at least you can always receive customer service help within a few hours.

On July 2017 I ordered hard drives through DHgate.com. (Order- [protected]) The hard drives turned out to be fake samsungs that could not be formatted and as result, I returned them. I paid $43 to ship them back to China and was told by DHgate that I would be refunded the $285 I paid for the products. They never refunded me. For the next few months, I would contact their customer service through various platforms and they would respond with "we will contact the seller". There was never any follow-up and I am yet to be contacted by the seller. Since December 2017, DHgate has been ignoring my messages and refuse to issue the refund I was promised.

Photo evidence of all this has been attached. To this day, I have not been refunded. I recommend that everyone else use Ebay instead as they share the same sellers, only that Ebay enforces counter-fraudulent measures.

DHgate is obviously the worst place for shopping. I wish I had known about it.
I have been trying to return a camera I bought from them for 5 weeks. Nothing works out. The main problem is that it's absolutely impossible to reach them.
left a million of emails and messages, tried to chat, but everything I get from them is bot-generated emails that have nothing to do with my issue. I am so tired of this. I only want to know their return address and when they can refund.

I bought a wedding dress from the DH Gate website, it is too big, not fit for purpose, not as described and I want a full refund. I contacted DH Gate to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. In a court of law a consumer has a 30 day period to request a full refund, not 7 days. I have gone through all the correct channels to resolve this but have had nothing that resembles a fair response, let alone resolution.

I have tried to reach a resolution with the seller, but they are ignoring my requests and have used the language barrier to further avoid my concerns or options for resolution. I therefore opened a dispute for DH Gate to mediate, which to my absolute disgust and horror has been closed apparently due to not submitting evidence on time. The photographic evidence was already sent to the seller via the DH Gate resolution centre, it is clearly there online, and I also resent it as part of the dispute (a picture of the dress with a tape measure in position - why I needed to do this I have no idea). This is unfair, unjust, and clearly breaks the law. To say I am both shocked and disappointed at the lack of customer service or respect for any kind of consumer rights laws is an understatement. Other people must be suffering similar issues with this company. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but been brushed off and all I am offered are useless responses, if at all. I even suggested that if the dress can be sent back to the seller and another sent to me in a US size 4, free of charge, we may be able to reach an agreement. None of this has happened. I have said to DH Gate that they have until Friday 12th January to completely resolve this issue otherwise I will be forced to begin court proceedings.

I recently got in touch with costumer service they sent my order to another country. ..they said for me to go to the website which I did I'm telling him under orders it says 0 orders in my dhgate ... I want to file a dispute I orderd red retro Jordan 12 for 75 dollars it came to be it was supposed to be shipped through dhl...he said he sent something to my email but he didn't that was poor costumer service I just want my money

I purchest a phone from DHgate and paid for it on 7/10/17 when it arrived it did not work I paid £57 for the phone they had my money for a month still I had no phone they asked me to return it wich I had done it cost me another £12 to return it now on the 13/12/17 I have resieved an empty phone box from DHgate with no phone in it Im contacting my banks investigation team and the port police you are committing fraud and I'm not letting you away with it I'll get my money back and compensation for the stress your company has caused me I'll make your that I'll do everything in my power to make your you never trade online with UK ever again I'm going to get a petition done to stop you all together my phone no is [protected] I better hear from you by Friday and I better have a phone your not ripping me off and getting away with it

Why has nothing been done about this company committing fraud against people you know what this company is doing why is it not being stopped from selling goods outside China or are you all in on the act I've contacted someone to investigate this whole thing as you are doing nothing to help consumers I've been waiting two months for a phone from this company they have had my money for two months and still I have no phone
