Denny's review: Quality of my meal

I went to your Denny's located in Kingwood, Tx. First, I would like to say you server took very good care of my family. I ordered a bacon grand slam. Sent back the 1st plate due to the bacon being extremely overcooked and charred.

The manager brought back my plate with bacon and said he replaced the bacon. To my suprise it was still overcooked and charred all over. He says this is how they new machine was suppose to cook the bacon. If this quality is acceptable, I will not be back. I eat a least once a month. Not sure I will go back if this is going to be the results. I am not looking for anything. However, you should see what management considers good quality. None of my family would even eat the bacon.

Desired outcome: Better quality of food
