Me my mom and my husband went to Denny's here in Lebanon mo. Idk if the employees were high didn't care about there customers or what. But the lady that took our order didn't even write it down correctly. My mom also ordered a to go order she got that as her order when she ordered the avacado burger. So the to go order was cold when we got it back to the person because they made it early. So they had to bring my mom her avacado burger she said no lettuce they put lettuce in it after they made. It my husband got the 5 flame thrower and ordered fries and a salad the salad was old and he never got his fries. I got the smokey blte they didbt out the sweet sauce on it the bread was harder then my head I couldn't even eat it didn't out tomatoe on it food was cold. My husband and mom got halfway through there burger it was raw.

about a month or 2, she told me not to feed him or give my service animal food or water in the restaurant. i came back 22nd, an right away she says make sure your dog doesnt jump around; she has a terrible memory an is a liar,i tell u the exact truth. my dog is a trained service animal to help me prevent my seizures, i paid 10k for his training,its not cheap. he never ever jumps around, u r welcome to cheak your videos if they r working. that magr is an was very rude, like shes a animal hater. that second time, i could have ate in your restaurant but i couldnt stand to see her face, so i did leave an decided to give my money elesewhere. she needs to be replaced an i would be willing an able to tell a judge in a court of law. how dare that woman to treat me as she di, plus i am a desert storm vet an a senior. very upset over this.feel free to call me mark aaron #[protected].

At the Rowland Heights, CA Denny's, I experienced terrible customer service from Paulina G. Not only was her service subpar, but the final straw was my coffee cup. The remnants at the bottom were scratched with my spoon. When I brought it up, she responded with "I don't know" and she walked away. She did not replace the cup or address any part of the issue

My family and I arrived for a late-night dinner at Denny's #9565 in New Kensington, PA 15068. When we went in the front door, we were greeted by a supervisor telling us they weren't taking any more guests because a server called off and they were closing for the night. This is a 24-hour location and I find it very disappointing that they would close because a server called off. I worked in customer service supervision for years and when we were short-handed, the managers jumped in. They had people in the dining area but it was in no way full so it would not have been an issue to seat more customers. I think this is unacceptable and wanted you to know. There were at least 3 more cars pulling in when we did and I warned the one couple that they were closing- they were NOT happy either. Your location missed out on a lot of business for certain. And we are way too far out of the shutdowns from the pandemic to use that as an excuse for being short-handed. These privately owned restaurants are knocking it out of the park in this area and you'd expect a chain like Denny's to do better. I ATTEMPTED TO FILL OUT THE COMPLAINT FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE TO AVOID THIS AND THE SITE WOULDN'T LET ME SUBMIT IT.

When eating at our local Denny's in Poulsbo, after paying for my meal, when I tried to exit, the automatic door did not work. I went back to where the manager and waitresses were standing to complain. The manager walked ahead of me and "preached" at me the whole way. She told me how happy she was since she "found God" and accepted him into her life. She wished me "blessings" and to "have a God-filled" day. My husband and I have just lost our 17-year-old granddaughter after lying 8 days in a coma. Sorry but I don't need to hear this. I went to Denny's for breakfast, not church services. Her name was Marina.

We waited for more than a hour to get our food when we got it it was cold our hash browns where cold the egg where over medium where cold are steak was cold over cooked hard when we requested our steak to be medium waitress forgot my order of pancakes waitress said she will bring them I told her no it’s fine and she was waiting for our toast to come out when she brought our toast where cold and we where almost done eating we told her about our food been cold she wanted to bring us another one but we were not going to wait another hr we where not the only ones there she had 3 other customers ordered wrong same waitress

I ordered 2 stacks of pancakes to go. I had already eaten one and started on the other and I noticed something moving. I looked close and noticed a larvae of an insect. I stopped eating and was omw to work and I vomited in my motorcycle helmet and almost crashed. I'm lucky I didn't die. I'm not going to work because my stomach is violent right now.

My parents visited one of your establishments today. The Fort Worth location on south freeway. They dined in around 4 o'clock and as my stepdad was biting into his pan cake he bit into some sort of wire or metal squiggle called the waitress over, made her aware she removed the pancakes she took the wire and pan cakes to another person then returned asking if they wanted more. Acted as if it wasn't nothing wrong, never apologized, she did discount pancakes but that was all. No manger ever came and try to resolve the issue. I feel they were treated unfairly and very unprofessionally. They are seniors and could have easily choked on that wire, worst experience ever and treated so poorly.

The meal should have been competed and handled differently.

I tried to order from the restaurant and my ordered was canceled within minutes claiming the restaurant wouldn’t confirm the order. So I called to place an order and the customer service agent said he tried to reach the store but no one would answer. So I called the store myself and every time the line was busy for over an over like they took the phone off the hook. So I drove over there and I found the workers out back sharing a blunt and cigarettes. They said the phone was not working which I found off because the restaurant barely had any patrons. What it looks like is this location is a drug pushing hangout for dope dealers and the homeless. I am a tourist and I expected better aesthetics as well as a better staff. I will never recommend or patron this terrible establishment again.
