I have barely had the washing machine for a full year, it is still under warranty and with every repair there is an unrelated issue. I have asked for an exchange and was told that a repair should be conducted. I have been going back and forth with defy and they have not been very accommodating. Now it is the motor that's faulty and the water runs non-stop, I physically have to close the tap. I honestly am over it, I have to pay a monthly installment for a washing machine that is non-functioning. If I stop paying, my account will go in areas. I need help getting my exchange approval please.
