I would like to know why the above chains seem to think that we live in a predominantly muslim country. I do not eat halaal meat. It is not slaughter humanely and it is blessed by someone of another religion. I live in the southern suburbs and I cant get fast food anywhere as all of the above and more are halaal even though the majority of clients are not muslims. The only way to stop this is for everyone not muslim to forego fast food for a couple of weeks and see how fast they change there minds.
And that means that they supply non halaal outlets with meat not slaughtered halaal because that is another trick. They think that because they serve bacon that makes it ok and it does not change why i dont eat it. This sucks and more people should actually stand up about this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I got a great customer service from one of your cashier Nqobile at Sasol n17 debonairs Kinross . I didn't even know what to order but the meal she recommended me I don't regret getting helped from her.
I ordered online pizza on the 32 july 2024 at 18h00 at around 19h00 my app notifies me that my pizza was delivered but i didnt received it. Around 20h00 i Called the shop in kagiso the person who answered it laughed and hanged up. Called customer service same thing the ldy hanged up im so hurt and disappointed.

I find it very rude to just listen to a customer and don't bother to act.
So why are opening lines for complaints?

Derbonairs Jane furse employees are so unprofessional. In the most of a long ques a Lady called boitumelo decided to play on her phone. When she was done she decided to serve a client whom she seemed to know and left the rest of us hanging.
