On 8/7/19, our church authorized a payment for one night stay for a gentlemen that was seeking assistance. I told the front desk person numerous times that the card was to be used for one night only. Last week I became aware that the card had been used again on 8/11/19. I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and phone only rang with no one answering. So, I ventured over to the hotel when I got off work and spoke to the front desk person who said, "Yeh, their phones weren't working today." I was then made aware that the guest had used our card two more times. I asked to speak to the General Manager to get refunded for the unauthorized charges. The front desk person contacted the GM by text message and then said that they would issue the credit but it would have to be done by the next person coming in because he didn't know how to do it. It has been 5 business days since then and I still do not see a credit on our card nor are they answering their phone still. I sent an email yesterday to the email address on invoice from 8/07/19 but have not heard back from anyone. This hotel was a mess and would never recommend anyone to stay here. I felt very unsafe while I was there. I really hope that I don't have to go back again.
