I just bought tickets to Kennedy Space Center for February 2022, but there was no option to choose the date when I bought them. I thought it would be fine to use them then, but when I got the tickets, it said they were only good until the end of this year. I've been trying to fix this for hours, but they won't give me new tickets. I spent almost $200 on these tickets, so I really need some help.

All I want is to not get charged for this booking since we won't be staying there. And, I want my deposit back too, if I'm supposed to get it.

But on March 21, 2022 at 11:01AM, I got an email saying that the launch was rescheduled for April 3, 2022, and the launch time was not confirmed. I tried to call them on two phone numbers *** and ***, but both were busy. I was upset because I had planned my vacation and my kids' spring break around the launch date. I couldn't change my hotel and flights that I had booked months before. I found an email on the internet and sent a message to the company, asking for a refund because of the date change. They said no refunds would be given because of their policy. I think this is a scam because they won't give me my money back. I just want my $326.99 back.
