Delaware North Companies

I just bought tickets to Kennedy Space Center for February 2022, but there was no option to choose the date when I bought them. I thought it would be fine to use them then, but when I got the tickets, it said they were only good until the end of this year. I've been trying to fix this for hours, but they won't give me new tickets. I spent almost $200 on these tickets, so I really need some help.

So, I booked a spot at *** in Shenandoah National Park, and it seems like Delaware North is the one handling the bookings. But, with all the Covid 19 stuff going on, my family and I don't feel safe traveling anymore. We were supposed to get there on 7/1, but I've been trying to cancel since 6/23. I've called all the numbers I could find, but no one's picking up. I've even sent them emails, but no response. And when I try to call the lodge, they just tell me to talk to Delaware North. All I want is to not get charged for this booking since we won't be staying there. And, I want my deposit back too, if I'm supposed to get it.

so I went to a pizzeria in the city center on July 21st and copped a pepperoni pizza on my company card. But when I asked for a receipt, they said the printer was busted and I couldn't get one. I called the manager and they said they'd hit me back in 20 minutes, but they never did. I tried calling them a bunch more times that day and even left two voicemails, but no one ever got back to me. I even hit up the corporate office and Delaware North, who run the place, but still no luck. I just need that receipt for my records, you feel me?

I bought 4 tickets for a space X launch on March 30, 2022 at 2:36PM from Delaware North Companies on 3/10/2022. But on March 21, 2022 at 11:01AM, I got an email saying that the launch was rescheduled for April 3, 2022, and the launch time was not confirmed. I tried to call them on two phone numbers *** and ***, but both were busy. I was upset because I had planned my vacation and my kids' spring break around the launch date. I couldn't change my hotel and flights that I had booked months before. I found an email on the internet and sent a message to the company, asking for a refund because of the date change. They said no refunds would be given because of their policy. I think this is a scam because they won't give me my money back. I just want my $326.99 back.
