If anything change, you should contact the custom immediately. I should not have to call to find out where my shoes are. Yet you took the money from my account over 45 days ago. This is BS.
Desired outcome: I want my shoes to be shipped out to me immediately overnight. I've waited long enough, and you didn't have the courtesy to let me know that there's still not shipped out yet.
