I booked 3 nights at the days inn Wyndham Arlington by six flags, Texas, but only stay one night because I had no choice. The second floor walkway to the rooms was so uneven that it is hard to walk in the dark — I am sure it violates several city safety codes. The rooms were smelly. My sons found 3 roaches, I found a dead one behind the toilet. The bed sheets were dirty and unchanged. I told my son to sleep on the covers to stay away from the dirty sheets. The sheets were musty. Beds were lumpy and sloped. Overall, it was my worse experience ever in a hotel, and I travel often. I did not engage with management because I knew they would not refund anything. I booked another room in a clean hotel 2 blocks away — we slept great.
Claimed loss: LOST A NIGHT OF SLEEP AND TWO PAID NIGHTS.
Desired outcome: REFUND FOR AT LEAST TWO NIGHTS. WHAT WE GOT WAS SO SUBSTANDARD THAT I KNOW I WILL NEVER RETURN TO DAYS INN .
