10-25-2025 we stayed at Days Inn. Everything else near the area was booked. When we got there the only guy who was working there, was very rude and unprofessional. He gave us our room key (375). On the way to the room people were "hanging Out", smoking pot, drinking. When we opened the door to our room, the bed was unmade, dirty towels everywhere, trashed. He gave us a new room with double beds, a little cleaner. The next morning we get woke up by a crackhead beating on our door, then noticed a I am assuming stolen bike in the back of our truck. Someone setoff the fire alarm and the fire truck come pulling up. My husband and I were scared for our lives and all but ran out to our truck after gathering our things. My husband threw the "stolen" bike tin the bushes and noticed several people on the balcony of course smoking pot and starring at us. I noticed you have 763 complaints and only 5% resolved, so I am not holding my breathe that anything will be done about what happened. If nothing is done I plan to pursue this further to make sure this happens to no one else. I was told you have cameras, so please look back at the morning of October 26th around 8:30-9am. Since our "king size bed" room 375 was trashed, we got put on the 1st floor double beds room 174.
Desired outcome: I would like all my money totally refunded ASAP, this felt like a "pay by the hour" hotel, filthy, unclean, and the drug use was WAY out of control

I would have given a 0 if I could have. The guy at the make sift desk was rude and unprofessional. Walking to our room, people were hang out smoking pot and drinking, like they were on their back porch at home. We got to our room with a King bed to find out it had not been cleaned and no one on the facility to clean it. We got moved to another double bed room on the 1st floor. Still, everywhere reeked of marijuana. Paint peeling off the walls but at least the beds looked clean. The next morning we got woke up by a crackhead banging on our door. When my husband got to the door, the guy was so drug induced he could barely make any legible words. We shut the door an began gathering our things to quickly get out of there when we heard something outside. We then saw a "stolen" bicycle that had been thrown in the back of our truck. The fire alarm was going off where someone pulled the fire alarm and the fire department showed up. I called customer service and filed an on line complaint but I have heard nothing. We would have left the night before but everything within a 30 mile radius was booked. It was the worse experience.
