Days Inn review: Room. Amenities,

When I checked in, I wasn't told there are mice, roaches, broken appliances, stained carpets, dirty microwave, no access to amenities, combative staff, broken ice machine that smellls!
When I saw the mouse, I immediately called the front desk. The woman pretended she had no idea there were mice and said she'd send travis to check it out.
Travis, your maintenance was rude, irritated and told me,"it's a waste of time!" that tells me this hotel knew.
I tried to talk to your 3rd shirt front desk man, another combative and dishonest person, who told me the hotel doesn't have to tell customers about mice, roaches, etc.
I called customer care, who pretty much took a report and told me it would be a week before i'd hear back from you!
I've been overcharged as well! I'm in a single and the sign outside says 49.99.
I need my money back now! Not in a week or more!
I have lupus. My autoimmune system is fragile and I can't be around this filth!
I'm waiting for the morning desk woman to arrive as I type this, because you're not to charge me to stay again and you're not going to keep the money you dishonestly took from me!
The pool is corded off, can't use it! Stains on the carpets! Garbage in the hallways! Ice machine broken with a terribly sour smell in that area!
Broken vending machines, mis-priced items in the vending machines!, holes in the walls! Ceiling leaks!
I will be filing charges with the police department and prosecutor's office, plus, I have photo of everything!
I will also go to every social media site and speak of my experience with your company and let the photos decide.
So far, no in your organization wants to take any accountability or responsibility! I'm not going away!
I can't believe this hotel isn't condemned!
