this rundown foreign owned DAYS in hotel is a mess. The local yokal check in person is rude and has no customer service skills. In a driving rainstorm I was trying to unload my critical items for the night under the awning, and He/she called my room asking if it was my truck. There is no elevator in the 3 story hotel not mentioned anywhere on your sites. I'm a disabled veteran and have PTSD service dogs they wanted to retroactively charge me for them after staying for 2 months! More over on their vests it says PTSD service dog and the asked me what service the provided for me. Of course, they are with me to lower anxiety and stop me from going off on stupid people who never served their county and ask about my disability and need for said dogs. He/she then had the audacity to say that doesn't qualify for a service dog! "Well, if you charged me, I will place a commercial lien on the property as a secured party" and He/she said you need to leave. so, I pack up and leave my reservation was till Sunday and they fraudulently charged my credit card for the whole week.
the hotel itself is in disrepair. I killed 2 roaches in my room the first night had to put out traps. carpeting ripped, intermittent internet, TV will not allow you to stream on them. Staff, owners, and guests' children running up and down the hallways and stair well till 10-1100PM.
the only good point of the staff was a husband-and-wife cleaning team and their sweet daughter. I felt sorry for them being indentured servants to the Patel clan owners. Stay anywhere else in Washington court house OH. My lawsuit under the ADA is forth coming.
Claimed loss: 1000.00
