I was staying in the hotel in noveto california and the desk was very rude and room was gross so I left and told him I was leaving. Then I wake up to a $250 charge on my card. I was only in my room 5 mins. I believe he did this to make me mad after I said he was a [censored] and I left.

Claimed loss: 250$ plus the room cost of $130

Desired outcome: refunded for my $250
