Days Inn days inn at centerville texas

I have stayed at many Days Inn locations in the past with great pleasure. Always great rates and clean rooms. At least until visiting the location in Centerville Texas. I went through Centerville Texas back in May of this year and I had called and made a reservation at the local Days Inn. When I got there to check in they couldn't find my reservation and the young man running the computer was totally confused and it took nearly an hour to get checked in. Later that evening I checked my bank account and realized he had charged me for 2 nights instead of one. I went back to the lobby and complained. It took another 20 minutes but he finally got the over charge corrected. I just wrote it off to the young man being untrained anf not very experienced. Well I went back to Ceneterville Texas again yesterday 6-5-19 and once again I had made a reservation at the local Days Inn. This time I checked right in with no problems. As usual my room was clean and in order. Out of curiosity I checked my bank account and this time they had charged my credit card for 3 nights instead of one. I went back to the lobby and told the clerk she had charged me for 3 nights. She argued with me and told me she had not charged me but one night. I showed her my bank statement on my I-phone and then she said she would take care of it. When I checked out at 10:30 this morning they had credited me for one of the nights but were still charging me for 2 nights intead of one. She told me it would credit me for the other over charge later in the day. It's 11:30 on 6-6-19 and the over charge has still not been removed. I will be going to my bank on Monday 6-8-19 and get this straightened out. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again and I do not think this location did this by mistake. I think they intentionally over charged my card.

Days Inn days inn north platte nebraska

You seriously need to visit this motel they do not know how to clean their tub's cleanliness is up most of importance! I requested for them to clean the tub they did not! They did not service our room until I asked. Cold food, coffee was not mixing right I told the owner they took a look sat down on the lobby couch and played with their call phone. You can only come in the front door the other doors the room key does not work to get in the building. The owners don't care if you complain to them or not they do nothing about the problem. The motel needs up grading is not well kept on the outside. Drive way is old broken and patched looks better online then in person. We will never stay here again. Just across the street and are much better and kept motels which were booked or we would have stayed with them and for their prices in comparison well worth it!

Days Inn entire reservation

I RESERVED 3 non smoking rooms- arrived at days Inn and was told by Benjamin we had to take smoking rooms because he give the best rooms to people who get there first. Because it was late we decided to deal with in, when we went to room he gave us. It was already occupied! Benjamin then said we could have a room with a broken air conditioner (he said they didn't rent this room because of the air issue) but offered it to us. We went to that room, and the beds were slept in and there was a bed bug on the comforter! Benjamin then told us housekeeping didn't clean it yet. He suggested we all share a room! I asked why he couldn't honor our reservation and he said "because the [censored]holes that work here" at this point I started recording the conversation. I also have pictures of the room he wanted us to sleep in. He said he had only been employed there two weeks and he didn't know what to do. I asked if there was someone else who could help him, he said no and he was the only one there. I asked for his supervisors name he said " I don't know some Indian woman" he offered no help and left us stranded with no where to sleep for the night! Not that this had anything to do with the less than poor service provided by day inn but just so you can understand the full frustration I had to deal with- we had attended a family members funeral service earlier Friday and had been drive all day since l. We didn't arrive to check in until 230 am because of this and just wanted a place to sleep so we could continue traveling in the am.

Days Inn bugs in my room

I wake up and there's little black bugs crawling on me and on the bed. It's disgusting. Then I go to the bathroom and they're in there too. I'm itchy all over now . I can't even go near the beds or the bathroom. They are everywhere. And then the shower, the shower head is located in the middle of the wall. I have to sit down to take a shower. This is the worst experience I have had.

Days Inn 1970 craig road st. louis mo 63146

Today after attempting to check in after already making a reservation online, I was told that there was a standard that they must uphold my reservation was then cancelled and the Police were called on me because they did not want to give me a room nor want me on their property only because they had requested that I pay an addititional $100 deposit which I had explained was not made known in online reservation. Manager Ankit Patel and clerk were very aggressive and rude. I did stay and speak with Police.

Days Inn room dirty

I had booked 3 rooms for myself & other family members we came in around 6 in the evening from traveling
We noticed that the rooms were not clean you had to keep flip flop on cause floors no rugs were dirty we each had the same complains. Rooms air didn't stay cool . pools and surrounding area again dirty. Not one ice machine worked strange people looking around parking lot When I complain the told me to get a hold who I booked with which was AAA travel . AAA called them to see what issue was and the front desk loudly told them we had booked another hotel which we hadn't since we were still there. They were rude & wouldn't cancel our next 2 day/nights and told my husband not to talk to other customers about dirty rooms Really ! one we won't lie. AAA sided w/Days Inn. Will never again go there or use AAA travel. That place was dirty peroid, bad customer service, Take it off your list bad experience lost $600.00.

Days Inn hotel

I stayed at your Days Inn in Muskegon MI
The worse hotel I have ever stayed in for the price it felt like cheap motel dirty we had to buy sheets and cleaning supplies just to feel some form of comfort the showers didn't work the whole place was a mess.
If this is what Days Inn has to offer its customers I will never stay at another one again. And speaking to staff was like speaking to the wall did nothing to fix the issue.

Days Inn days inn in san antonio

I work for a freight company and for over 3 years every time I swing through San Antonio I stay at the location on 5003 Rigsby Ave, San Antonio, TX 78222. Never had a problem until today. I was told that I could only stay for less than 8 hours. I do use a CLC account to pay for it and to my knowledge they always have been paid. Today the lady at the front desk did everything in her power to get me to go elsewhere, and I did. I won't be back to that location in the future. Asked why I was being treated this way and was told that they were just "busy". Additionally, that time frame was only for a smoking room. If I wanted a non smoking room I'd have to be out in less time than the smoking room. Odd way to run a business if you ask me. Days Inn reservation cancelled without my authorization

On Tuesday, June 25th, 2019, I went to the Days Inn Harrisonburg, Virginia, to do a pre-approved late check-in, traveling from far away to our son's wedding. We drove 2 hours from Washington, Dulles Airport to the Days Inn. Upon our arrival, at approximately 8:30-9:30pm, we were told that they had no pet friendly rooms available, which we had requested to the hotel, beforehand, via phone directly, and to Expedia, as well. Two rooms had been paid in advance (we had 2 double room confirmation numbers from Expedia), already paid to our third party, thru a credit card. We had (previously) requested only one pet friendly room. The front desk clerk told us, immediately, that the only option we had was to cancel, if we wanted a pet friendly room, because all 4 pet friendly rooms were taken. He spoke on the phone with his manager, whom said she couldn't do anything about it. That it was upto Expedia to solve the situation, because the Days Inn, apparently, had no comments/notes on their system regarding my previous pet friendly room request. I then asked the clerk to put the manager on the phone, a woman. She basically told me the same thing. I immediately was looking for an option of a caretaker for my pet, which I told the front desk clerk, a man. I told him not to cancel my reservations (2 rooms). I even was exploring with him other pet friendly room check-outs for the following upcoming days, since our stay was a 6 night stand of 2 rooms. To my surprise, he told me that the manager had cancelled my 2 rooms without my authorization, neither verbally, nor written. Me and my family very upset and frustrated with the situation left the place. No empathy, what so ever, was shown by front desk clerk. It seemed like he didn't care about the situation and what we and our 7 party + small dog were going through. We were scared, away from home, without a place to stay, with basically all surrounding hotels fully booked due to summer high season and James Madison University Open House. The worst thing was that they knew it, however, they didn't care. It was a terrible, stressful situation, and both the clerk and the manager, who didn't seem to care about leaving me and my family stranded, late at night, made even worse!

Days Inn the breakfast milk

I'm a food critic. I decided to visit the Days Inn on Toll Gate Drive in Maumee, OH. I stayed one night. The following morning I went to the dining room area for breakfast. I immediately noticed the milk was spoiled when I tasted it. I told the owner Al that the milk was spoiled. He said the milk was fresh. I told him I don't know what type of business he is running here but serving spoiled milk to guest definitely is a violation and will cause many guest to be hospitalized. He told me if I did not like the breakfast than don't eat it. He was very rude to me and I am definitely reporting him to the health department.

Days Inn customer service

I booked with priceline for a room on the 19th of june for myself, my son and 3 year old granddaughter.  we get to hotel after driving 4 hours to find out tge hotel wanted 100.00 cash deposit.  in which I didnt have. I went outside to call priceline it was 8pm or later only to get the run around an hotel came out an said hs cancel my room. I explained I had a 3 year old an they need to find us a room, call hotel but handle it. They informed me they couldn't do anything til morning an talk to days inn an guess we would be stuck in car til morning. I was very upset and still. I went back to hotel an mg son went in ask for manager no an wanted our money back or a room. Wouldn't give a number am called the police saying a man refused to leave which wasn't true. We waited for the officer an explained an understood talked to the guy josh came told us he wouldn't give any number or money back.  yes we stayed in a hot car but called priceline first thing. She called the hotel an priceline canceled room today the 20th.  it's 9p.M. At nite still waiting on my money back. I'm trying to do the right thing an let you handle this. Noone at priceline would give phone no, email etc to contact corp. . Nor did days inn. Day 3 an still no refund I will go as far as I need to make sure this never happens to anyone and their concerns of a 3 year old

Days Inn bad rooms / customer service

To whom it may concern
I am not a custom to make complains but I cannot let this one go by.
I made reservations for 3 rooms for myself and family at your Days Inn in Bullhead City. I went through AAA to book which I will be making a complain to them also. My daughter thought it would be a quite place from the Laughlin strip. 1st our room floors where dirty not just mine but all of them air conditioner wouldn't stay cool. Not one ice maker was working pool was not clean. So all around just not happy. I went to the front desk letting them know our complains. Told me I had to talk to my 3rd party which I did they said they give us other rooms Heck all 3 rooms were dirty no I don't want 3 more dirty rooms I wanted a refund of my other nights not stayed or cancel the charges. When AAA called them the front desk told them we just wanted to go to another cheaper laughlin hotel. One we hadn't booked nowhere else at that time. Then manager told my husband not to talk to other customers cause some guy came well waiting asks my husband why we didn't want to stay and he said room dirty guy left. We will never stay or refer that Days inn to anybody. You would think if you had big hotels across from you that being a Days inn the rooms and area would be top notch to get the business for the price you charge. The whole place needs upgraded including your unmanned managers and front desk clerks customer service must be a business number one goal.

Days Inn hotel room

I (Perry McDaniel) is making a complaint against Days Inn Salisbury, 2525 N. Salisbury Blvd.
Salisbury, MD 21801. I and my girlfriend was a guest at Days Inn on 6/15/19-6/16/19 (conf. # [protected]) Rm. 240. It was an unpleasant stay for I and my girlfriend due to serval reasons which where, toilet issues (not flushing completely) we had to assist it with pouring additional water. When my girlfriend woke up to go use bathroom she saw several roaches running up wall. In the early morning we notice a roach crawling on the bed...also on the wall. I managed to get pictures of it to show clerk at the front desk when I checked out. We inform the clerk about our complaint on Sunday 6/16/19... here attitude and unconcern was not good at all...as if we were lying. She was not apologetic or sympathetic towards our complaint and concerns...never asked to see pictures. We did ask her if anything was going to be done. She said maintenance would handle toilet issues but mentioned nothing about the pest (roaches) issues and dismissed us right away. I and my girlfriend was very unhappy with the stay...and the thought of how unconcerned the hotel front desk clerk was mind blowing. This caused us an inconvenience...had to keep assisting toilet and check all luggage to make sure no unwanted roaches where leaving with us. Please follow up with that hotel and make sure nobody else stay is unpleasant like ours. Hopefully I and my girlfriend will one day trust staying at Days Inn again. Thank you. Thank you for responding and cool name Jack of [censored] but even though a few of the words were misspelled and redundant it was for the best that my lady typed up this Complaint for me because she was by far more patient than I was. Maybe you bring roaches with you on your vacation but we do not thank you again. There was no issue with the clerk or anyone else there and it was a short getaway and a relaxing time. If you want to be impressed maybe you could read a Bible or dictionary or something to keep your attention instead of reading these comments obviously you don’t have very much to do but tell jokes but I am happy you found joy here and I hope your next stay is less fun than ours was. Days Inn wyndham silver springs

I booked 2 rooms through Expedia (who will not let me review through their app once I click the "terrible" rating) the entire premises is shabby and run down. The desk clerk, and only employee we ever saw, was rude and acted bothered. The first room was old with torn carpet and a filthy bathroom but decent compared to the second room. Upon opening the door I was assaulted by the foul odor of mold, as if the carpet had been soaked and dried in the heat. One bed was pulled away from the wall, giving a great view of the black mold covering the wall behind it. Some black gelatinous blob of crust had dried while sliding halfway down the wall behind the door. The drawers to the dresser were pulled open and skewed, half of them missing. One bed had dirty sheets with obvious black stains on it. The second bed had a large greasy stain on the top blanket. There were what looked like blood spatter on the ceiling over the shower. Obvious drug deals going down in the parking lot. Crusty coke baggies littered the ground by a disgusting, overflowing trashcan and the deep end of the pool was covered in mustard algae. There was one working table with an umbrella, everything else was broken. We told the clerk we had our 82 year old grandmother with us but insisted he could only put us on the second floor. After calling and complaining about the state of the second room he grudgingly had us escort him into it, glanced at it and said he would get us another room. The replacement room smelled better but was just as run down. The AC wouldn't work on high, but not wanting to call the front desk again we just decided to deal with it. Had I not already paid for the rooms and been so many hours from home, we would have never stayed in such a filthy, run down, atrocious smelling, drug riddled place. Being right across from the silver springs entrance I mistakingly assumed this would be a well used and up to par establishment. I was wrong. The entire place is run down and hazardous.

Days Inn overall room and hotel nasty!!

This hotel room was absolutely nasty. We had to make an emergency trip into Little River, SC for a funeral. Upon going into the room, the odor was of mold... had to go febreeze just to be able to walk in the room & breathe. We changed for the funeral... no time to check beds. Upon arrival back to the room...late for bed... we pulled bedding back to find stained and dirty sheets... like someone had just crawled out of the bed. All bath towels, hand towels... dirty and stained. The side table between the beds was molded and just barely wiped. Carpets were dirty.

Days Inn bed bugs and fleas in carpet

My company booked my co worker and myself rooms on the 11th and 12th of June 2019 at Days inn.First night we got there I thought this I was being eaten alive by fleas in the carpet asked my co worker if he had the same symptoms he said no next night I had on the back of my head bumps from the bites my thighs and my roommate forget it swelled up like a watermelon. To be honest I was furious bites all over me seeing the bedbugs crawling around in my bed now all my luggage I can't bring in my house cause I'm afraid that somethings in my bag so I think it's a laundry mat now . Call down to the office about 4 o'clock in the morning 3:45 told her I had bedbugs really didn't phase her OK I'll change your rooms that was about it extent of it done so I said no we don't wanna stay here she says OK .So basically at 4 o'clock in the morning me and my coworker sat in our work truck until couple the other guys got up didn't sleep all night welts all over us and on top of it paid full price for the room for two nights. I asked the clerk to come up to the room so she could see all the bugs in the bed she said she doesn't want to see that and something like this now going to buy creams for my legs for these bites all over the back of my head my roommate still swollen my luggage I cannot bring in my house because my kids and my wife what happens if somethings in my bag it's a mess and either the clerk did not tell the manager or the manager doesn't care because no phone call nothing .The kicker is I have these welts all over me don't want to stay in that room or any other room for that matter She proceeds to give me the bill I said you're gonna charge us full price or even charges at all with bedbugs being eaten alive for two days and she said you have to take it up with a manager never again days and ever and my biggest thing is like I said you have one of these disgusting bedbugs in your bag it will ruin your household

Days Inn front desk manager at days inn, kent wa location

My boyfriend came to town from Utah on 6/1 and stayed through Monday, the staff was great so we booked another stay on 6/8 and he stayed through Monday. I called on 6/11 to see if there was a room for the nights of 6/11- 6/15, the rate wasnt the same so I asked what it would be for just Friday 6/14-6/16. We weren't getting the same rate as previous, my boyfriend is also military. I asked her if she could hold it and I would call right back, she very clearly said "NO, I cannot we only have 2 rooms let, so you will just have to call back and see if it's still available" i responded with okay thank you. I then received a very nasty message from her yesterday stating that I was a NO show and they would never rent to me again. 1st I am in customer service and even if it was a no show, you should try and clarify the situation 1st not just assume things. Big called back today after I had calmed down a little bit, got the same front desk lady and explained to her that there was a misunderstanding, because she told me very clearly she was NOT holding the room. Her response was well I did it anyway so you no showed and we cannot ever come back, I said excuse me but you did that after telling me you wouldnt, so that would have been an error on her part, she then persisted to say I no showed and she wasnt going to deal with this, I asked for manager above her, she said NO you can call back and hung up on me. This is very unprofessional, rude., and has now lost a great customer. I also plan on making reviews on this location and letting everyone I know to never stay there. We even signed up fir Wyndham rewards and this is the treatment we get

Days Inn our stay

Please read all this!
This is Susan Hodges. I felt u should know to not recommend the days inn pcb.
I enclosed pics of this place! Awful..nasty..building leaking all over..lights out in room .workers only speak to their kind ..no towels unless u call ..n get them hours later.
Door has air whistling thru ..called office.. maintenance man said put a towel under door. I could see outside all around door.
Outside door leaking at top.
Towel wiped up floor with was black n filthy
Sand on floor ...was on it when we first got here..suppose to be clean room .
These r just a few .problems. here's pics to prove it
They advertise in room ordering for $5.00 off and 2500 points. We tried pizza to order for an Hour..could not order process .so at 10:00pm I just ordered myself n paid $30 for it .including delivery charge.
The iron was horrible. Added water n it started running everywhere. Also ruined my new outfit of $40 due to some black crap on it. Put little black dots on in n left iron imprint on it. Had to try to iron dry. Iron looked like had been in salt water ..probably hurricane
Bldg is leaking everywhere. In Hall by elevator
.there is a huge crack on our floor 7#n pouring water buckets everywhere.
Horrible place!
I hate I used my 45000 points for this junk of a place. This is not a Wyndham it's an old days inn...awful!
They never cleaned sinks, tub, toilet at all! Would ask me everyday if I wanted it swept n beds done. If I had not been on room, they would not have done nothing!
Our light went out..called.. maintenance man checked it said he would have to change LED bulb and he was not gonna do that...too hard...so we was without overhead light!
Like I say Wyndham needs to take their name off this hotel! I used my trip of a week for a merely 3 day trip .to a hellhole! N used the 45000 u gave me for junk! Pure junk!
Also there was a lady in breakfast area never would speak, smile nothing I thought the was just shy .but then some Mexican people came up n the smiled talked spanish...but to us Americans did not, rude!
List goes on and on ..it's just a shame we paid for this trip starting out...as a free week...took 4 HR presentation ..and All this Hassel of losing days and nites from That trip..and then get a hellhole of a place..as compensation? . Awful to say oh it's a Wyndham trip?!

Days Inn safety & cleanliness

To whom it may concern, last evening saturday june 8 I stayed at the days inn in ann arbor mi on carpenter road in room 145. I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the hotel. While walking to my room I noticed all of the fire extinguishers on the first floor were well past there inspection date last inspected in 2016 and started to fear for my safety. When I entered the room I was disgusted immediately! I was greeted with stains on the walls, ceiling, couch and in the bathroom. The room was musty and humid even with the air conditioning on. The pillows were half the size of a regular pillows and extremely uncomfortable.in the morning I went to have the continental breakfast only to find ants crawling on the food and counter top where the food was being served. There was no coffee made, the juice machine was over flowing with spilled liquids onto the counter. I was repulsed by this experience and left. I have no intentions of ever staying with days inn after this experience. I will be sure to share this horrible experience with friends and family recommending that they as well never visit a days inn again. I feel robbed of my money and would rather have slept in my car than in your hotel. This experience is unacceptable in the concerns of health and safety of your so called valued customers. I would like a refund for my stay this was disgusting and unacceptable.

Days Inn took my money but didn't have a room for me to stay in

Memorial Day weekend on Saturday we had reservations to stay at the hotel. That afternoon around 4 I called and told them we would be there late to check in. They said okay that's fine. They went ahead and took the money out of my account. Okay fine. But when we got to the hotel to check in. They said they had NO ROOMS! They left us at almost 1am with no where to stay and I had my 3 year old son with me. I called every hotel and NO ONE had a room. We had to drive a hour away to sleep. We were exhausted and pissed because they ruined our weekend at the beach. Here we are two weeks later and I still don't have my refund and they called me to tell me it would be another 5 to 10 days. I'm pissed I want my money now and at this rate I'm wanting all my money compensated for the trip that they ruined. Especially the gas we wasted to go an hour away to sleep because they don't know how to do there jobs. I emailed corporate and they said they would get in touch with me in a week but it's already been two weeks. Do yourself a favor and book a room with ANYONE but days inn!
