I bought a vacation package from this company on 1/6/2022. They promised hotel locations in Hawaii but when I tried to book them, nothing was available. I tried to reach out to them today to find out what my other options are and their phone numbers are disconnected. I also emailed them with no response.

On Feb 3rd 2022, I got a cold call from someone sayin' they were with *** travel. They offered me a vacation package and I thought it was a legit company affiliated with *** so I bought the plan. Now when I try to make a reservation, the phone number and email are all turned off.

Tropical Vacation Resort Inc. pretended to be an *** Airlines agent and told me that I won a discounted all-inclusive vacation package. Since I've been a loyal *** Airlines customer for a long time, the offer seemed legit. They listed 5 places I could travel to and mentioned what the trip included. They took my payment info and then texted me on my cell using the email address ***, which I found weird and not how *** Airlines does business. In the text message, they gave me instructions on how to take pictures of the front and back of my credit card. I immediately asked them to cancel the transaction, and when I requested this, they asked to talk to me on the phone again. Once on the phone, they kept asking me why. When I answered their question, they asked another why and never confirmed that they would cancel. Right now, I'm in a dispute with my credit card company.
