Being able to use my weeks as a business model to rent hotel rooms to the public
I was offered 30 weeks of at resorts all over the globe, primarily dubai, dominican republic, and the bahamas. I was told that I would be able to list the hotels on social media, and vacation websites as a business to earn money. 24 hours later I attempted to end the contract and was told that I can request a refund but was not guaranteed one. I was convinced by charlene the customer service manager that she would help me every step of the way to get listings up and running. Everytime I speak with her she gives me little bits of information and then says she has to take a call, will call me back and never does. I was told I could list on booking.com and the potental guest needs to request the dates and I send the information to her and she secures the reservation. I pay what would be my fee to book the same accommodation and keep the profit. I have yet to be able to list any of the properties, as sites like booking.com do not allow you to have the guest request the booking first. In my attempt to reach out to charlene for assistance I have had minimal to no response. I paid $14000.00. Money that was supposed to be for my tuition to go back to school and to cover my sons classes as well. I fear I will never recoup that through refund or being able to rent hotel rooms.
Desired outcome: my $14,000.00 back.

Invoiced for $1100.00 and pre paid December 23, 2020 for 1 year Advertising (4 Quarterly Issues) full page Arts and Graphics included for LUXURY LIFESTYLE COUNTRY CLUB MAGAZINE distributed to Lee County Golf Club Communities. Received a copy of completed magazine and that was it! The Luxury Design Group kept changing contacts to talk to and call backs become zero and then no response. Have a list of people I talked to and all of 2021 spent trying to call and get a response because the quarterly issues were never produced or installed into the local golf communities mentioned in their order invoice to me.
Desired outcome: I would like my $1100.00 back. I cannot get back the 100's of hours spent listening to their lies and promises only to get nothing for my money and time.

I am going through the same issue! They told me I can list and make back twice as much money as a rental and when I try to do that, Charlene in customer service tells me about additional fees and different rules and tells me that she would help me and never returns my call. I am so frustrated! They are scammers! How is this legal? They all should be thrown in jail! Charlene in customer service is useless and I am disgusted! I am needing some direction with this!
