Days Inn Did not have the charge back of the deposit

Mi name is Jairo Castaneda. On July 7th 2022 I stayed for one night with my family at Days Inn Pinole CA. Almost a month ago, I have not received the $100 deposit back.

I have called to the hotel several times and they insist the problem is my credit card. I called "MasterCard" and to my bank and they said everithing is OK about my credit card.

I need my $100 back.

Days Inn Dirty restroom, non-flushing toilet, stopped tub drain

The restroom floor was filthy and it appeared to be a small bugs as well, there was feces in the toilet prior to our presence, and when I showered the tub was stopped up , the kids did not get to shower. This did occurs on the 28th day of July early morning hours, as we did not get into the room until after 130a.m. This took place at the Days Inn Granbury Texas 76048

Days Inn Disgusting bathroom

The bathroom at our hotel was terrible. I took a video to show you how dirty and old it was. Also the curtain wouldn't stay shut when I showered. There wasn't enough room to use the bathroom and shut the door. The fan made noise but didn't clean the mirror.

Also the beds were so high, my handicap mother couldn't get in and out without help. It was a very difficult situation. this will only allow me to upload one picture.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my stay.

Days Inn Nasty hotel room

We had the worst when we checked into the hotel in McComb Mississippi on [protected]. We've stayed at Days Inn more than once in Brookhaven Mississippi and was pleased with the service we received. So we decided to stay at the one in McComb. The moment we walked into the lobby we should of walked right back out the days. It smelled horrible. Once checked in, the cleck literally gave us the key and proceeded to walk off with out telling us the room number or location. I was legit sleep walking at this point and just wanted to shower and crash. Our room was located in the back off in a dark area. Again.. we was willing to deal with the minor issues. But when we walked into the room my skin started crawling ( pictures included). I was beyond disgusted and after seeing just the bed i called the front desk to ask about switching rooms. The clerk said that with COVID "switching" rooms were not allowed. At that point I requested a refund and again we were told that it was nonrefundable. Again we decided to deal with it because it was just one night. I walked in to the bathroom and saw some dirty panties behind the door along with dirty towels and dirty tissue in the garbage which let me know the rooms hadn't been cleaned. My husband pulled the covers back and there were so many spots on the sheets and cigarette holes. At that point we decided just to sit in our car until daylight. I've never been so disgusted and pissed in my life.

Days Inn Stolen Nintendo switch

On wendsday the 18th of may I notes my hotel room door was open while I was out I noticed they brought in towels but they never close the door so with in a min I told the front desk I said my door was open it could been mistake by one of the keepers but I gotta go look my sure none my stuff got stolen I had my stuff packd up I didn’t notice anything intell I got home back in Philly that my Nintendo switch watch was 300$ wasn’t round I calld my mom she hasn’t seen it I looks in car n bags so I figured it got stolen cuz my door got left wide open the days inn in wildwood didn’t help with the situation at all I would like to resolve this am going to croropate n fileing police report n I added picture what it looks like

Days Inn Bed bugs, dirty, rude, smelly

booked this room because I was attending my induction into my Alma Maters Athletic Hall of Fame along with teammates. We were told to use the back door. The back door wasn't locked. We thought maybe they would lock it later in the evening. Turns out it's never locked. You can give it a good yank and you're in. The stairwell was filthy and so was our room. You could see the fingerprints on the head board and other furniture. I wiped the furniture off with a washcloth, it was literally black with dirt. Kids were running in the hallway until about 230a. Thats when someone knocked on the door. I asked who it was. I was told it was the manager and that we were smoking in our room. I told him we were asleep, noone was smoking. He told me to open the door or we would get put out. I told him we weren't going anywhere and to wait until I put on clothes. He countinued to knock as I got dressed. I opened the door and again told him we were asleep and noone was smoking in the room. All of that and he changed his mind about entering the room. He never apologized... noone did. He was very rude, disrespectful and under the influence of something(s). After returning home a family member went to the doctor for itchy bumps on her arm. It was BEDBUGS! I had some on my shoulder and scalp and someone else was also itching. That's 3 out of 4 people! I'm glad we wash all of our clothes, even what we don't wear, once we return home. I'm very disappointed in this hotel especially since it carries the Wyndham name. I would have never guessed how horrible an experience we would have. This trip meant so much to me. If you look UNDER the "3.9 rating" you clearly see "1 star hotel" in very light letters! How is this allowed? I JUST noticed this a moment ago. We trusted the reviews, Booking.com and the Wyndham brand. We were let down by all. Ruined so much!

Desired outcome: Something is wrong here. This is common amongst Days Inn and Wyndham hotels all over. There's something going on.

Days Inn Room

Room was disgusting, coffee pot was dirty, shower head falling out of wall, bedroom window cant lock, heater falling apart. Wires didnt stay in tv right, not safe at all. My money was taken off my card even though I payed online.. Just ridiculous. Restaurant is only place there that was nice and clean, good workers there as well at the reataurant bar area.

Days Inn Very dirty, no breakfast, no sanitation measures

Date: 3/5/22 - 3/6/22 Days Inn 12208 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805

Stopped for the night. First room was smoking room, stinky and filthy. Had to scrub everything including light switches, lamps and tv remote - black. Asked to change room and got an attitude and was told "what do you expect with a smoking room". The other room smelled of mold and dust and was a Filthy dirty room. Someone's gloves were left in the bathroom. Outside dirty too garbage all over. No amenities. Not Days Inn quality and no way worth a $100 for the night.

We were exhausted from driving and had to scrub the room down. It was quiet which was the only redeeming factor. In the morning we saw that it was practically empty.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund

Days Inn Heater was broke and blowing out cold air

HI

I stayed at the Days Inn modesto on 1312 McHenry Ave. Modesto CA 95350.

I booked 2 rooms under Julie Harms for 2/18/22

Confirmation # 82455ED055884 & 82455ED055849

Hotel ID# 02604.

I complained that the heater was broke and blowing cold air out.

I did not get much sleep as was shaking and cold in the room as the outside air temp was 35 degrees. I asked for an extra blanket but they did not have one.

I was told to talk to Johnnie the manager but she has not returned the 6 voice mails that I have left. I paid $98.35 and $138.24 respectfully,

If there is not some kind of compensation I will contact my attorney, Parker Stanbury Law Firm out of Los Angeles California. I was travelling with my 82 year old mother and the next morning we had NO hot water for our showers.

Days Inn Customer service is non-existent

First, I have been at the Days Inn of Buena Park CA 3 nights out of 7 that were prepaid. Never once has any employee asked if everything was ok ir if I needed anything. All that I have experienced was tyrants exercising their authority. One employee will give explicit instructions such as where the smoking area is located and once there another employee will correct me as if I did something wrong.

The amount of attention I receive surmounts to stalking. Every thing I do is under scrutiny. I have one not violated any hotel rules but my observation and sixth sense tells me there will be additional charges for something just to be vindictive.

Not one employee asked me if I needed my room made up or if I need towels or anything.

I can say that the staff is giving me an attitude and it started check in. I arrived at 1230pm and asked for an early check in. I had 3 pieces of luggage and no vehicle. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and 100% Social Security Disabled. I was made to wait out side of the large air conditioned lobby. Not because I would be loitering but because the staff did not want me to witness other customers checking in early. The excuse that there were no rooms available is a lie. Check in day was Tuesday. The hotel still had rooms according to online reservations. Wyndham has a early check in policy but this hotel never obliged me the kindness.

The hotel is in renovations but I have already experienced shortcomings. The sink is not secured and lacking caulk. Very unsanitary. The office desk really got me when I dragged my arm across a screw that fastens a bracket to the leg of the desk is of the wrong length, the point of the screw is exposed on the desk top. That cost me a shirt which is now torn and blood stained not to mention my arm. I made no complaint about any of the shortcomings or poor customer service until now.

I have two possible observations about the staff and corporate. The political environment in Southern California is criminal.

As I have stated I am a Veteran. I am also harassed and stalked by INFRAGARD and FBI FUSION CENTERS thanks to the current corrupt administration because I am a Veteran. That is fact. So either Wyndham Hotels or Days Inn is a sponsor of INFRAGARD and FBI FUSION CENTERS and authorizes my targeting with harassment and rude behavior or corporate is blind to what is really being perpetrated on some hotel guests.

Desired outcome: To receive proper customer service. Reimbursement for shirt that was damaged. Provide luggage dollies for handicapped customers. A free nite stay

Days Inn Over charged for stay and pet charge

Reservations were made a week in advance for one night stay. They were told we would be traveling with our pet. Money was taken out of our bank account. We decided to stay an extra night. Again the hotel was called for an additional night. When we arrived the room my husband requested would not be ready until the next day, so we took another room for the night. No problem with our pet. Next day we moved into the room requested. Floor was wet in bathroom. After a shower the floor was covered with water from the shower. Our pet was never out of our site. I walked her often. After we checkout and arrived home I checked our bank account and found the hotel had charged us for the one night that we called for reservations plus pet fee $109.79. Also $213.00 for two night stay plus $15.00 pet fee. Plus $250.00, because they said our pet wet on the floor. That is a bald face lie! As of today they have made no attempt to refund for over payment for our stay. We have traveled many places and stayed in a number of hotels/motels with our pet and have never had her accused of messing in a room. Anything you can do to help would be most appreciated.

Desired outcome: Whatever you can do to help to get at least the overcharge for the room.

Days Inn No hot water, dirty washcloths & air conditioner/heater broken

I checked in on 12/29/21. I took a shower and there was NO HOT WATER. It was after 2am so I was too tired to talk to anyone so went straight to bed. In the middle of the night I was a bit cold so tried to turn in the heat. It wasn't working. The next day I called the front desk and was told to try running the hot water for 15 minutes which I did and still NO HOT WATER. I was exhausted and fell asleep after that. When I woke up I called the front desk. Another worker was there. He apologized and told me to call the general manager the next morning at 9am and I could ask about being compensated and an inspector would be sent in the morning . I called this morning and was told by the initial worker I spoke to that "I never called to let them know". She argued with me and was very rude. She also said the general manager wasn't in til Monday nor any inspectors. At my insistence she called the general manager but never called me back til I called her back after 10am. She shared then that the general manager said he would give me back $25 if I left at 11am even though I inquired about a late checkout at noon. Most hotels have an one hour checkout allowance! So now she said my deposit of $25 wouldn't be returned if I checked out then AND I would only get the additional $25 for the inconvenience the general manager issued if it wasn't by then. THIS IS ALL EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS AND $25 WON'T DO. Please help!

Days Inn Dirty, smelly room

Date: 12/18/21
We arrived from Avon Park FL around 1:00, there was a guy on the 2nd floor that looks like he was leaning on a giant trash can when in fact he was doing, what society calls the Heroin nod, where your head is slowly falling down in slow motion and believe me no one would ever be that close to a trash can unless they were on drugs. That should have been our first clue not to stay here but we went inside and the girl at the desk was on the phone for over 20 minutes never even looking up to greet us with eye contact. The lobby was full of people just hanging out which we thought was fine, it's a lobby right. When she finally greets us and looks us up she said we can get in around 1:30 - 2pm our room isn't ready. They are cleaning it. We left came back a little while later and get the key, go to the room and the smell when you walk in was of body odor in my opinion. The fridge had dried up food in it and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with what we thought at the time were ants but later found out were cock roaches. We put our luggage back in our car so as to not get bug in them and slept in our car. At 4am we couldn't take it anymore and check out. I respectfully request a full refund of my $105.76 as we could not stay in this room.

Days Inn I have called attorney general & have sent press release if you stayed at days inn & had to deal with a similar situation read below contact me

Miami 36ths treet location days inn of wyndam front office manager melinda tried to communicate with her, she cursed at me, threatened me, threatened my kids and then went on to threaten if I included her name in this post she would absolutely beat the sh (*t out of me lmao however, good thing I am not immune to ignorance as I would love to have the occurence of assault happen so I could sue for even more money... She is horrible manager needs to be terminated, days in needs to shut down and owners arrested for fraudulent unsafe conditions in all the hotels look at these reviews... And this is mine...

Rug was walked on bare foot was soggy, and black after I walked on it dirty is not the word this is a health hazard

Do not stay in any days in they are all the same class action suit for punitive damages caused by employees abusing guests, sleeping with infestation of raoches caarrying diseases, paying for something that was not only not recieved but misrepresented intentionally

Complained to melinda front desk manager on sunday 12:30 12/5/21 she wsa more concerned with my calling attorney general & that I was being unprofessional & would not supply us with amenities and or refund. Had to leave hotel as caused severe anxiety, mental anquish and was dirty to all hell

I will not let this go til days inn not onloy refunds my money and others, until you are shut down and sent to hell!

Desired outcome: IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND, AND A FULL APOLOGY

Days Inn Room standard below grade

My husband took me out for my birthday and staying away from home is a huge treat for us. We have stayed at days inn many times and always enjoyed our time. However, this wasn't one of those times. Our room was sub standard in cleanliness. I have photos of what looks like body hairs and urine in the bathroom floor I found the next morning in the light. Dust was thick on the furniture.. The bed old pain our rate was 173.00 with tax for what filth.

Days Inn Days Inn by Wyndham Lockerbie Annandale Water

Hi,
We recently stayed in Days Inn by Wyndham Lockerbie Annandale Water on 18/08/2021. This hotel is not a good place to stay. We had a lots of issues found in a single night stay.
1. Towels in the room with yellow stain and smelly. Looks like poo. Reported to reception and she given us 2 towels and informed that that's the only towels available in that hotel. No more towels available.
2. Wifi is not connecting. We have tried with 4 different devices. None of them were connected. Informed to reception. They cant do anything on that because not technicians are available.
3. Wash sink were blocked. Water is not draining. Took pictures and videos. We had to unblock it each time after use.
4. Mattress and sheets were not put in properly and all hidden with a sheet. Photo taken. Untidy bed, sheet were not spread and tucked properly.
5. Only few drops of soaps left for hand wash and shower. We were 4 of us so its not enough for us.
We took pictures and videos of all of these. Went to reception and rang bell. No one came out to attend.
I am very disappointed with their service. I never ever recommend their hotel.
I wasted all of my money without any value.

No support provided by the staff.
I had a really bad experience.

Days Inn The customer service

Still has yet to be resolved. Booked a room 6/26/21 stayed maybe 3 hours. Horrible experience the hall smelled like pee. Dark Hair all over the tub a cockroach to the stains. I feel I got ripped off. Since I didn't complain at the time unfortunately the hotel won't refund me. The supervisor inspected the room. This is unacceptable.. We had paid for a day to get some sleep we had been on the road all night couldn't sleep. Was in the room 3 hours max.
