Days Inn days inn in columbus nc 28722

Here I lay in a Days Inn and can't sleep because of roaches! We first was put in room 106 found alive roach so loaded the car and I told the guy at desk I wanted to leave he then put us in room 103 an upgrade and he checked the room an hour later 2 roaches. It's been a long day to late to move so now as my husband sleeps I lay here waiting for bugs another 2 more. This is just too much don't expect to pay over a hundred dollars and have bugs. Just fed up can't wait till morning so I can get out of here.

Days Inn missed charged for having 2 pets of $35.00

Please note that I stayed for 2 nights at your location in Hoover...for the date of 09/25/2019... The hotel charged by bank card $35.00 for 2 pets, that I did not have...
I did however have my 2 STUFFED dogs with me that I carry when I travel. They are my support animals...They are not ALIVE, they are stuffed animals!

I am very disappointed in the hotel for doing this and not even did they ask me if I had any pets...It is a very BAD day when someone gets charged for carrying a stuffed animal with them to a hotel...

I want my money of $35.00 refunded to my debit card immediately...

On 9/17 I stayed in room 128 at the Days Inn in Sacramento, CA. I left two $100 pillows in the room and called the hotel immediately to inquire about them. They assured me that if I send them a prepaid shipping label they will stick the pillows in and mail immediately. Days Inn conditions, accommodations and price

I stayed at days inn, poughkeepsie, NY oct 5th, 2019.
I booked a non-smoking room. They gave me a disgustingly smelling smoking room. Both comforters on both tiny beds had cigarette burn holes in them, along with holes in the carpet. Outlets were loose and unreliable. The rooms are outdated and uncomfortable.
That is worth $69 a night. NOT $200.
They should be ashamed for charging so much.

Days Inn dirty rooms, missing refund

I booked and paid for 2 rooms at the Casper Wy Days Inn for the 21st through the 22nd because I am a single mom battling Breast Cancer and this is what I could afford on my budget. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk (who was very nice, just stressed) told us that she didn't have our rooms because they weren't cleaned and she couldn't reach her manager. I was told to call the next day (the 22nd) and speak with the manager about a refund. I had to go to a different hotel and spend an additional $70 on my rooms that I really cant afford. When I called the next day, as instructed, the manager wasn't there and I was told to call the next day. When I called the next day (the 23rd) I finally got to talk to her. I gave a very brief explanation of what happened, she acted like I was bothering her. Then said she would take care of it and slammed the phone down. Very RUDE, not even an apology was given. I have already called and submitted a complaint through here already. It has been 2 weeks since this all happened and I STILL have NOT received a refund. I am getting very upset at this entire thing, If it is not resolved soon I will be filing a claim in court.
