On 9/17 I stayed in room 128 at the Days Inn in Sacramento, CA. I left two $100 pillows in the room and called the hotel immediately to inquire about them. They assured me that if I send them a prepaid shipping label they will stick the pillows in and mail immediately.
It has now been several weeks, and after over 15 phone calls I've made to the hotel, they have still not sent me these pillows back. I have FedEx record that my prepaid shipping label was delivered on 9/23 and that they have not sent them back. I've asked to speak to Ronny, the manager, several times and he has not called me back. I absolutely need these pillows back or I will be requesting that Days Inn reimburses me for the pillows, and the $35 I spent to overnight the shipping label/return shipping.
