Another great experience with D3A-OK Appliance Repair. My dishwasher stopped working and Gabriel came to check it out. He was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job. He checked everything out and determined what the problem was, replaced the part and the dishwasher was quickly working again. I really appreciated his friendly, positive attitude.

My almost 3 year old Whirlpool Dishwasher, the soap dispenser would not always open during the wash cycle. I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought it from Home Depot. D-3 A-ok Appliance came was the authorized repair firm that came out to the house. The repair technician, Christian was prompt, efficient and repaired the unit within 45 mins. Christian took the time to provide advice on use, functions, cleaning, and other hints and tips to enhance our use of the machine. I was extremely pleased with the timely and professional service provided by D-3 A-ok and their technician Christian.

Appointments are booked out pretty far, but they do keep them within the time frame. Repair of oven went well, no issues. Diagnosed on one visit and fixed the next. Very pleased. Repair of dishwasher was short lived. Worked for a week then broke again. They came to diagnose again and then said they preferred and were waiting on a part. Never heard back about it. Then several weeks later, they marked the job as complete in their system with the original repair date. Never fixed the second time and now we need another diagnosis visit so they can order the part again and forget about us again. Repair of dryer has yet to be completed. Initially thought it was a simple belt at first diagnosis visit, then saw it was something additional. After waiting for additional parts, it was not fixed on the visit and they said they needed different parts. Never heard back. After waiting a few weeks, I called to find out an estimated time and they told me the job was marked as complete on the last visit. It feels like they are dragging their feet so the appliances will run out of warranty time
