The technicians are not properly trained and can’t diagnose simple repairs. I had 2 compressors replaced on my 3-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator. The fridge would not keep a consistent temperature, and the freezer would not keep things frozen. After throwing out hundreds of dollars of food the owner told me there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. They came out 7 times and while pulling out the interior of my fridge the technician failed to realize he needed to remove the right door and scratched the finish on the left door. They did order a replacement but after all the issues with this company I would not allow them to do the replacement. I finally was able to speak with Travis. He is the owner. After having him scream at me and accuse me of wasting his time he fired me as a client. He would not give me any courtesy and would not give me a moment to explain my position. WOW! I have never been fired before. I have always been courteous with his employees and understanding that it may take a few calls to get something fixed. I reached out to KitchenAid and was given a referral to Appliance Service Company. Dan came out the next day and repaired the refrigerator in 30 minutes. He called the technical support line and reviewed the 100 plus stored data points and found several concerning temperature issues. He found that d3’s technician had made several changes that were causing the issues. I will be sending a 5-star review and would highly recommend Appliance Service Company and Dan.
