Able Appliance Repair

Able Appliance Repair is the best! I have an old washing machine I love and want to baby as long as I can. Recently, their technician came out and replaced a drain hose and it is good as new. He knew immediately what the problem was, ordered the part and returned to fix it promptly at the exact time he said he would. Highly, highly recommend Able Appliance Repair!

Refrigerator repair for water dispenser, paid $260 7 months ago for same issue and now occurred again, Able is only indicating they have a 90 day warranty for parts and 30 day for labor. Would like to have repaired for cost for same potential issue or at least have labor waived.

Able appliance was very impressive. Their tech, John B, was there when he said he would be, found the problem quickly and explained to me what had happened and how he was going to fix it . Then as he was repairing the problem, he spotted a small potential issue and eliminated it. He was done quickly and our dryer is better than ever. Thanks, John!

They would come to Lawson, Mo from Kearney ,Mo . Lawson is only 15 miles away. We had a LG washer that needed a drain pump. I can't do it because I am disabled. We could not really afford a new washer but had too. Thanks Able. My wife talked to them and she said they were rude. And talked like Lawson was sum. I wish there was a lower star besides one I would give it to them.

Technician was great but we had difficulty with office staff - they did not seem to communicate well with each other. Had to reschedule our appointment which took two phone calls. When technician arrived he had been told we had the repair part - we did not. Technician made a trip back to the shop to get the needed part and then returned to complete the repair. He did a great job.

Dave was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, explained the problem with my gas dryer and fixed it. Since my Maytag dryer is 32 years old and has worked well, I am reluctant to give it up. Thank you Dave! I recommend Able Appliance Repair Heating and Cooling with complete confidence. Our oven key pad broke and the actual part needed was complex and required parts from multiple states to be ordered. Due to the pandemic, everything is slower but Able set the correct expectations and had us fixed up earlier than I thought we would be. The Tech was professional and helpful, even giving me a quick tip about our ice maker in our fridge. He was masked and very tidy. I will definitely use them again!

Able Appliance came out the day after I called. The guys were all masked and gloved up to "prevent the spread..." Unfortunately our 4 year old Kenmore refrigerator needed an new compressor. The Able guys gave me a price and told me they would come out the the next business day and install the new compressor for me. Fridge works better than new now! I think it quieter. Thanks guys for a very professional repair.

I would like to thank Robert for his Excellent Customer Service. He wore his mask. He explained what he was doing. Showed me what the problem was. Was able to fix the problem. Explained to me if the problem reaccured what would be the next steps within the 30 day time frame. So far my washer has been performing the way it should. Able Appliance Repair was the first company who was willing to come and look at my refrigerator/freezer and try to repair it. The others I called were going to make me wait a week or more, and then said it probably was not worth fixing without even looking at it. John Smith at Able Appliance Repair looked at my unit, had the replacement part on his truck, and had my refrigerator/freezer fixed and defrosted in an hour. He cleaned up his mess, and was very polite. I highly recommend him to anyone who will listen. His company does not believe in discarding and buying new. They believe in repairing first.

We are still fairly new to our home and area, so when our oven stopped working properly we didn't know who to turn to for help. We had had problems before with other appliances but we were tied into using Sears appliance repair (don't recommend) because of our home warranty. So after looking at several reviews online, we found Able Appliance Repair. Can I just say Thank Heavens for Honest Reviews! Able seriously was great to work with. All our calls were to real people who were friendly and very helpful (never got that with Sears). John Beckner was our repairman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very conscientious. Along with repairing our oven, he gave us great tips on buying any future appliances. We will definitely use them again for any of our appliance needs.

Able Appliance is locally owned and operated +1. They work on almost any type of appliance you have +2. They sent out their technician to work on my fridge, dishwasher, and replace my garbage disposal. The fridge was a simple fix, that might have been overlooked by a different technician. The technician resolved the issue and replaced - I should say upgraded my garbage disposal. I had no idea a garbage disposal didn't have to shake the house to its core to work. My life has been changed for the better. He came back to fix the dishwasher due to needing a part and my dishes sparkle again. The technician was efficient, wore his mask without me asking, and was very tidy. Also, he took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing and was comfortable with the cost points. Pricing is fair, it's not inexpensive, but it was way cheaper than replacing the fridge or dishwasher. We will continue to use Able for our future needs.
