julio the tech who came 2 my house 2 fix my fridge wuz more interested in gettin paid than fixin my fridge. i dont recommend.

Fix Smart Appliance Service LLC was hired by Choice Home Warranty to fix my dishwasher on 12/09. The technician came and checked the issue and told my tenants that he would order the parts and let us know when they arrived for installation. Later, I got a notice from the warranty company saying that the repairs would not be covered due to "Pest Infestation." I called the company, but they were not very helpful and did not return my calls. I had a pest inspection company come out, and they found no signs of damage. However, the warranty company still refused to cover the repairs. I had to call another repair company to fix the dishwasher, and they confirmed that there was no damage. I had to pay for the pest inspection and the repairs, which were not covered by the warranty. I want to be reimbursed for my expenses and the time wasted. This company is incompetent, and I have read that this is a common scam from Fix Smart!

I was super impressed with Pedro's skills and the way he handled our appliance problems. He fixed our freezer and fridge in just 45 minutes, and everything's been working great ever since. If you need help with your appliances, FixSmart is the way to go. They know what they're doing and they'll get the job done right.

Julio charged us to fix our washer, but he didn't fix it right and broke another part. He didn't want to take responsibility and just wanted his money. The service was not good. I do not recommend this company or him.

Pedro and Alejandro came on time and did a great job! Comunication with the front office was easy, and curtious. Their scheduling accurate and they will keep you posted on the arrival of the technicians. That's the way to run a business. I can't say enough about Fix Smart Appliance Service LLC.

Fix Smart Appliance is amazing! When I called on Monday, the lady who answered the phone was super nice! My appointment was set for Friday, but she said she'd try to make it Wednesday AND she DID! Alex was our service guy. He was professional and friendly! He got straight to the problem and fixed it fast! I can't say enough good things about this company and its people! Fix Smart came to check out our fridge after it was leaking. They said we needed a new ice maker and water valve, and that was on 9/13. We haven't heard from them since. We've called and texted, but no one gets back to us. After they came, the ice maker stopped working for a few weeks, then started again on its own. But it's still leaking. We talked to our insurance company, but they said we had to start a new claim since it had been more than 30 days. We had to pay a new claim fee. I want my $85 back from Fix Smart since they didn't fix the problem and didn't get back to us.

I'm a renter and Fix Smart Appliance is responsible for fixing my fridge under warranty. Julio has come out 4 times in 30 days to fix the same problem with the same part. I've asked for a new fridge, but they say Julio can fix it. I have two kids and need a working fridge, but they won't replace it. I've spent a lot of money replacing food and time waiting for them to fix it. They promised it would be the last time before ordering a new one, but it's been a week and I still don't have a working fridge. Don't use them unless you want to be fridge-less like me.

I gotta say, FIXSMART is the bomb! I wish AHS would send them every time. Our ice maker was acting up and Julio figured out the problem in like 5 minutes. He didn't have the part, so we had to reschedule, but he came back quick even though it was during the holidays. When our dishwasher started leaking, AHS sent them out again and Julio fixed it on the first visit. But our microwave has been out since March and AHS sent some other company that was a total nightmare. After waiting forever for appointments and parts, I called FixSmart and paid out of pocket just to get it done right. They came on time, wore masks, and fixed it in less than an hour. They know their stuff and are super friendly and professional. Only downside is AHS won't send them every time.
