I had two appointments with D3. They did not honor the appointment made by my manufacture. It was rescheduled for a later date that I had no say in. They sent a repair man from 4 hours away. Someone that was not qualified to do the repair. Parts were ordered that were not needed. The second appointment that I had no say in was a 4-hour window. I was completely stood up. No one showed. No one called. Months waisted waiting only to be told they couldn't help me. The communication via text was awful. I only got to talk to a real person once everything went wrong.
