The worse customer service. I am a prior authorization specialist for a specialist Dr and my patient uses this location to fill all his prescriptions. patient's medication has been covered for over a month and CVS Pharmacy has just been giving him the run around stating that the insurance hasn't approved his medication. This is just sad, patient trust their pharmacy as much as their physicians to care and serve them in a society. and specially in a time of crisis! and when I called to inquire why the pharmacy has given incorrect information to the patient Brianna in the pharmacy department was rude and was really disrespected towards me. Someone should train customer care prior to these employees were hired!
