Crunch Fitness review: Over charges of payment after informing of cancellation

Hello,

I emailed the Crunch Fitness manager at the Windsor location in Ontario, to cancel my membership in September 2024. However, they continued to charge my membership for October, November, and December last year plus the 2025 membership fee. When I went there to discuss this issue in person today, the manager gave her excuses and avoided discussing it with me onsite. After talking to the front staff, my request to refund the overcharged payment was still unsolved.
I am filing this complaint to Crunch Fitness (Windsor) and would like to receive some help to get my money back.
