Crunch Fitness review: Management Auburn AL

I canceled my membership which was due to end in June. I requested the hydro massage. The front worker asked to my last name in which it was provided. She stated she did not see my account with that service. I explained to her that I had been a member since they opened and my plan included it. She stated she didn’t know what was going on but would give me access to the massage room. I advised her I wanted to speak to the manager which I saw sitting in the office with another person. She went to get the manager and the manager never came out. I literally waited 10min and the manager refused to come out. So my wife canceled her membership along with 5 of my friends. This place is it worth the trouble. Save yourself and don’t join this unprofessional gym with the golf ball brain management.
