I hate this services rendered by courts mammoth, they say other things and yet do other things. On the promotion they say delivery shall be done immediately within 24 hours or one or 2 days, but yet they send the items after a week. When asked at the point of buying they say the stock is widely available, but when at the point of delivery, they say out of stock. The worst of a kind this people, offering a stupid services, if collect debt they can call you 3 - 5 times in a day even send you a message, it is not as if we don't pay but because at times we are busy so the payment might be late a week from the usual date, they will start hunting you like nobody business. I think courts mammoth have to look into their sales personnel profile, because they are all very rude, as if they are the owner of the product, and furthermore, are you all sure that all the items in the shop are first hand? in fact most of the staff have used the items, for instance, they surf on the displayed laptop, play music on the stereo and tv... etc, so don't u think that it is already a second had?... One more thing is that almost 80% of the sales staff are rude and have attitude problem... wonder where did they recruit this people, they don't even greet you or they didn't even salute you politely. I always see this in Miri Courts Mammoth, most of the time I saw them walking up and down, making jokes here and there, smoking here and there and playing with some of the items in the shop. Is this a good ethics for such a big company. I would suggest to all future buyer of courts Mammoth, if you have choice please don't come to courts mammoth, or else you will regret it for the rest of your life, or else it maybe ur first and the last time to buy things from them by loan. Best is buy cash but make sure the quality is assured.

I heard that courts mammoth debt collector really rude when they force to trace balance . For the guarantor third party they will disturb with horrible wording and very disturbing . Plus item that sold mention could be better price but in the end of the day it can be supper horrible price . Don't buy from them anymore

wow, i just thought of buying a new led tv from courts.after reading all the reviews i decided not too.Btw i am living in johor bahru town and courts is just located afew minutes away.but never mind i think i;ll drive to tun aminah to buy my tv there although it takes about 45 mins with the jams and all.I hope courts improve someday.

Courts Mammoth has the worst customer service ever. My purchase has not been delivered! No one called to schedule a delivery. I have submitted numerous enquiry forms and have been calling their hotline everyday! No replies. My calls either get cancelled or it just goes on hold for the longest period any calls could go on hold. This is definitely my first and final purchase with Courts Mammoth. Sadly, I have made the full payment.

jangan la beli barang courts lagi...sya dan suami menyesal yg teramat sgt...harga barang RM2999...Tp bila semuanya dah siap...harga jadi 5240...nk cancel dah xboleh sebab dokumen dah sign...nak xnak terpaksa juga...lambat byar pun interest tinggi...
janji ada gift...tp semua tu tipu...gift xseperti yg dijanjikan...collecter pun mcm hantu...call org mintak byar hutang tp dgn cara kurang ajar...dah byar ikut kehendak mereka pun masih lagi akaun xberganjak...bila xbayar dia blaklist nama kita beku akaun kita...menyusahkan hidup kita...courts mmg syarikat paling penipu besar...org nak beli cash ckp xda stok...hutang bgi dorg ada stok...
customer service pun mcm haram...bila kita call tnya knpa akaun kita masih lagi mahal sedangkan kita dah byar...dia jwb acuh x acuh jer...pastu suh kita call branch la...main passing-passing...INGAT SEMUA COURT MMG PENIPU BESAR!

Courts mammoth puchong has offered for a cashback cheque within 3months after purchase. Have been following up with Courts HQ. They have been giving proper update and follwing up on my case.Guess what ? Courts mammoth puchong has lost my cheque and not taking responsibilty of the lost. The checque was sent from the courts HQ on 11september.Today is already the 24th November. When called courts puchong their reply was- " Ex branch manager dah transfer branch lain, masa kita bersih bilik dia banyak barang kami dah buang. Lagipun apa2 cheque diterima atas name branch manager Encik Noel kami tak buka. Encik noel dah pindah ke branch lain. Kami cuba call dia, dia terus potong panggilan kami" . Is this an excuse i should accept?When i asked when the cheque can be reissued, the answer was "TAK TAHU.KAMI TAK BOLEH CAKAP" . WORST SERVICE EVER FROM COURTS PUCHONG AND ALSO WHOEVER THE BRANCH MANAGER INVOLVED!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE COURTS ASKING FOR CTC DETAILS? ARE YOU ALL GOING TO DO THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION?

The best action is to issue a write in letter to the top management of the Courts Company and sometimes they even called to asked why. I remember mine, bought 3 units of Air-condition from them and terms and conditions of the purchased said installation is free, of course they "charged" in the contract, after 2 weeks they send contractor to installed the air con, but only 2 air con..they say that i only consented for 2 installation, but what happened to the 3rd air con ? was i so stupid to agree to install 2 air-con instead of 3 ? So i called them and i can't managed to speak to the right person and even the manager also being ignorant about the whole agenda, but yet the end of the month they already called to to pay for the bill...i bought the air-con early of the month, and installation takes about 18days (2 weeks plus) to be exact, and one unit of air-con they say they don't install..and yet want me to pay for the services, so i checked in my agreement, well there are 2 sets of agreement, 1 is for 2 unit 1.5btu air-con, and the other one is for 1k btu air con, all include free installation, so i showed it to them, they said that it was a mistake, they only provide 2 air-con installation...so i was so stumped cause in the contract mentioned 3, so which eye of them say 2 ?...and they are so rude by telling me, if i insist to install for the 3rd air-con then i have to get other contractor to do it because they have more customer to entertain to ...So in the end, instead of arguing over it among most of the people and look stupid, so i go home and get contractor to do it, which i have to pay RM 159 for the installation. I don't blame courts mammoth for their product and systems, but seriously all the employees and the managers working there need something call customer service and or changed the staff...they more like working there just for the salary but not in ensuring the quality of their services...to end my story is that, after 4 month later, the Management from KL return call to me regards to my complaint made to them in writing, they were asking me whether i have install my air-con or not, So i told them that, i had done it myself and pay myself of doing it because their miri branch employees are damned stupid and the Fxxxing Manager are only sitting in his room playing online games. I wonder he is the manager or not because it was labeled manager by the door so i think it is him...So if possible, don't trust the Advertisement and don't choose them if you have a choice...We are paying them the salary and yet they are giving us an attitude...as if they are much better than us in any form ...

Agree, i experienced in Kch Branch, not only the staffs are very rude, they have worst communication among themselves. I bought a fridge on 26 July 2008, they delivered it on 13/8/09, i started to pay on 2/9/08 until 5/8/09. Each time i made payment the cashier would say i dont have such account. I have 2 accounts including this fridge, the other is my home theatre set. I stopped made payment for my fridge because i didnt want to argue with them regarding my 'never exist' account. after i have settled my home theatre in Feb 2010, suddenly they told me that i didnt make payment for my fridge for the last 8 months!. According to their Finance Manager, after they sent the item the logistic didnt notify them that it has sent until 27/1/2010. And they charged me with all the late payment charges, even collection & legal officer started to call me saying they will blacklist me. Do i have to be their victim for their miscommunication? All these happened because of their miscommunication and unprofessional working attitude.
Polite is far from their attitude, greet never in their policies.
