I wanna bought a air conditioner with the price RM1199 today. That time comes a salesman to serve me. He explain about the detail of the product that we wan to buy. We have asked about the period of the warranty twice and he said 5 years without mentioning about the additional charges due to the extended period of the warranty. But when he print the Agreement and ask me to execute it, then only I knew that a lot of charges is included the charges for the extended warranty. When I ask him to cancel the order, he said he can't do it because he already key in the system and print it out. I don't understand why he can't cancel and remove it from the system? Is there any system the is no "delete" function? He still ask me to execute the Agreement even thought I ask him to cancel the order. What kind of rule is that?
