Babyeze Ltd are avoiding refunding delivery charges to a number of customers after their website fell into problems and they were unable to dispatch goods. Babyeze Ltd have comment saying they will deal with it soon and keep putting it off. People are complaining to the banks etc to try and recover the funds.

I paid £5.99 for postage and nothing, no email to say sorry, can they really do this? I haven't got my visa bill yet, can I refuse to pay it or how does this work?
No cancelled email no email to say sorry .. I have now contacted my credit card company for fraud ...stay away from this company .. I want a refund for goods not received
I am one of the people Babyeze owe a refund to and I cannot understand why they need to wait "until the issue has been resolved with the police" to issue refunds. They have got money for nothing. And I bet this is not the first time they have done this. I for one want my refund soon. I have a child to provide for, and although small pounds may not be much to some it is a lot to parent of a young child!
