Costco review: St George Tire Center refused to fix my tire.

I had a bad experience at the Washington, Utah Costco today. We had a low tire in our explorer so I called Costco and schedule an appointment to have the tire repaired. I arrived for my appointment on time and the guy said he’d take a look at my tire. He came back in after looking at the tire and said that they couldn’t repair it because the tread was too worn. I said the tires only have 30,000 miles on them and I purchased them at Costco in 2023. I also reminded him that we had a 75,000 mile warranty on the tires. He asked me if I had been rotating the tires every 7500 miles. I said that we had the tires rotated several times since we purchased the tires. He said I would need receipts to prove that I had rotated the tires every 7500 miles or the warranty was invalid. I said all I wanted was my tire to be fixed and you scheduled me an appointment. He said they wouldn’t fix the tire because the tread was too low. And I’d have to prove with receipts showing the tires have been rotated every 7500 miles to get the warranty on the tires. So I didn’t get to tire repaired and told the guy that I was never buying tires at Costco again and walked out.
Great customer service from Costco. He offered no solution and my tire still needs repair.
