In the summer of 2025 I purchased a bottle of Kirkland Irish Cream. I was visiting my brother in Portland, Ore. I put the bottle in his refrigerator as that is where I keep my Irish Cream. It was unopened! When I left, I forgot the bottle in his refrigerator. This summer, 2026, I visited him again and he reminded me I had left my bottle of Kirkland Irish Cream in his refrigerator. I opened the bottle and it had curdled and was not good. It had been in his refrigerator the entire year, unopened! For curiosity, I checked the (use by date), "BEST TASTE BEFORE 9 / 2021?

Kirkland Irish cream uses dessert wine at 13.5% alcoho at $11.99l.
Official Bailey's Irish Cream uses Jameson whiskey 17.9% alcohol and taste exceptionally better but 3 time more expensive. $31.99

Kirkland Irish Cream is produced by Terra Spirits and Liqueurs, which is located in Bailieborough, Ireland.

I got sick on Kirkland Irish cream last time I bought and won;t buy again. Dessert wine!
