Costco membership policy

Over two years ago, my adult drug addicted son, unknowingly to me, stole my company Costco Membership card with my name on it and used it to purchase items at Costco in both Goleta, CA and Oxnard, CA.

When I attempted to make a purchase I discovered my account was on hold due to the NSF activity, but I was able to convince the Oxnard store supervisor, Tina, to override the transaction and to give me a temporary authorization for future purchases.

As an employee benefit I had several employees on my Costco business account therefore, when renewal came in March 2018, I paid off the NSF so I could renew only to discover in October that although Costco willingly took my fees, my ability to purchase had been terminated due to the NSF in Goleta.

I had gone to Goleta two years ago to plead my case as I had in Oxnard but was told their hands were tied as the case was being reviewed by the District Attorney. So I left thinking there was nothing more I could do until the Santa Barbara County filed a warrant for my son's arrest and he paid restitution.

Meanwhile, in Oxnard this past week, my purchase was refused and I was treated as the criminal because I hadn't filed a police report in Santa Barbara. There was no reason for me to file a police report. The card stolen card had expired. I had an activated account. My employees had their benefit. Why file a police report?

In August I closed my business. I no longer have employees. I no longer need Costco. I have Winco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Ralphs and Vons to choose from and, it is obvious, Costco no longer needs me.

But I want a refund for my Membership Fees for the remainder of the year, from July 2018, when the authorization to purchase expired to my renewal date in March.

Tina and the Oxnard store manager confiscated my membership card and the signed authorization to shop so I cannot provide you with my membership number. However, my name is Michael Paul Robinson. The company name is Quality Landscape Care. My phone number is 805.207.4243.

Costco fresh kirkland chicken breasts

On my last few purchases of the fresh packaged chicken breasts at least half of the package contains breastmeat with white lines. These breast when cutting the meat raw have a rubbery texture, and when cooked the meat is rubbery and completely inedible, it almost has an uncooked texture! I read somewhere online this problem with the chicken is called woody breast. Obviously quality control has gone way down Kirkland products were considered as good or better than premium. Costco please step up your game. Also I've been a loyal Costco shopper for many years since it was Price Club. On a side note your eggs are also a problem the shells are paper thin what's the deal with that?

Costco bad chicken

I purchased this In Bedford park il. This is Kirkland chicken that comes with six packages of thighs. I returned it the Managers Chris and Adam played with the worm as if it was a joke. Gave me a refund and a gift card. I didn't find this funny. My son no longer wants to eat meat and I had the critters since it happened.There was no empathy and I bet it won't be sent out for testing.

Costco kirkland brand hard boiled eggs

The smell of the hard boiled eggs is putred and whatever preservatives (I'm guessing) is in the eggs, it makes the white part of the eggs mushy, disgusting and terrible tasting! Please, please, please go back to the former brand. I have been buying the eggs for a long time and absolutely refuse to spend a dime on the Kirkland brand. HORRIBLE and they can't be healthy for you.

There are numerous complaints online about the eggs. Please listen to your customers and go back to the former brand.

Costco dave's bread

Would you please sell the THIN-SLICED version of Dave's Bread? I love Costco and I love Dave's Bread, but the Dave's Bread slices you sell are too thick and I have to drive to Publix to find it. Just a request. Otherwise, a great store, nice employees, and easy returns when necessary.

I go to the Lantana store in Florida on Lantana.

This is not really a complaint just a request and I couldn't find anywhere to put in a request and I assume that the store managers cannot decide what they are to sell.

Costco warehouse

Hello,

I am seeing a pattern of gender inequality that will create issues in the near future.
There are far too many women being hired and men turned away, or ignored.
I have five grandsons and a granddaughter, and three boys had not secured summer jobs (one applied at Costco), because society is trying to wrong the right by excluding young
or older while males. This will create a backlast that we should avoid. This precident can swing backwards as well.
It seems that advertising, even on your magazines promotes children and women. I'm sure there is something that appeals to boys. Even your customer service first page fetures two women.
Men are invisible.

I am writing to all large businesses to show them that this has not gone unnoticed.
Can you please try and make jobs available to who best suits them, devoid of gender, or hire as many white males as well as females.
I'm sure that not only women qualify!

I have a shared Costco membership that I purchase for my son and I. I will go elsewhere for my shopping, if need be.
Also, I have friends that have noticed the same, so we will band together and do what is necessary to safeguard our young and older
men.

I trust you will do what is best for society, which includes ALL and not the ones that cry the loudest.
I write because I know its a difficult situation to be in, but look as well to the ones also being affected by this. Our sons are also our future
and they feel they are paying a price for the generations who went before them. It is now for all of us to be inclusive of all.

Costco discontinuance of kirkland organic green juice

This is is no longer available at Costco. Why was this item discontinued? It's a great product. Please restock this item. I'm a longtime and loyal executive member. I live in San Francisco and shop at Costco in San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Airport, and Foster CA.

I have digestive problems and this particular juice has helped me tremendously. I have seen many comments online regarding Costco's discontinuance of this great Kirkland Signature Greens Juice.

Costco outside food stand

On Oct. 4 I finally remembered that one can call ahead to the Outside Food Stand when placing a large order. I called to have pizza ready at 4pm at Costco Fountain Valley. I usually order 4-5 pizzas which is about a 20-25 min. wait if I order at the window.

When I arrived to pick up, I went directly to the pick up window only to be notified that I would have to pay first which meant standing in line behind 20 people, a 20 min. line. I asked if he could take my credit card at the pick up window and Vincent insisted I could not; I had to get in line. And so what is the point of calling ahead?

I always thought this was an outside Vendor but as I waited in line, missing the start of my meeting, I saw that Costco Signature was on every food poster. I've been shopping at Costco for about 30 years, at least and I've always considered Costco to run their operations in a professional manner. I do not believe management would be pleased to know this is going on. It is completely ignorant to have people call ahead for pizza to be ready only to tell them they have to stand in line behind 20 people (when it's busy ) to pick up their pizza already waiting. This meant that my pizza had sat for 30 minutes by the time I got it.

I submit this to you for the sake of others who may not find the time to alert you that this is going on. Maybe it was just about Vincent working there that day. I do understand that people handling food are not supposed to handle money, but the person in charge needs to direct the person picking up food to go to the front of the line to pay; otherwise the whole point in calling ahead is pointless.

Desirable Resolution? I have only been ordering pizza for large groups for the last 2 years. I finally am remembering to call ahead. But if I can't have the pizza at the time I've said I'd pick it up, then I pretty much need to work with another pizza company. I hate to do this because everyone likes your pizza. I guess I feel I'm owed a reimbursement for cold pizza! I had ordered 5 pizzas: 2 combo, 1 pepperoni, 2 cheese.

Costco kirkland generic of claritin-d 12 hour.

I live in Puerto Rico and have been trying to find and buy the Kirkland Generic Claritin D-12 hr at the Costco nearest to my home. I have tried for 2-3 months and the Pharmacy Department at that particular Costco never have the Kirkland Brand. The Costco nearest me is on: Carr. 177 Esq Calle 2, Bayamon, Puerto Rico. I have severe sinus allergy because of the Puerto Rico climate of tropical rains, fungus and pollen all year round. My only relief are the allergy pills of 12 hours. I am forced to buy the original Claritin D-12 hour which is always too expensive. Living on Social Security I have a strict budget and I always try to buy Kirkland brands to save some money. Please advise why the pharmacy at this particular Costco never have Kirkland Claritin D-12 hr.

Costco product doesn't match product label

I bought apples from Chantilly, VA costco on 9/30/2018 and just found the apples is NOT what the labels indicated!

The label says the apple is "ginger apple", but it is something else although the appearance (size, color) are exactly the same. Real ginger apples are soft and easy to peal and cut. But these sold in above Costco is totally different!

Costco rob nunez

I'm in a shopping a membership at Costco's for about 15 years now and I recently lost my ID and I went into Costco's without my ID to ask for a temporary pass and rot loss Rob Union Eunice loss prevention guy you want to come out and he want to grab my shoulder and escort me out the door at first of all I don't like to be touched secondly not okay to be treating your customers and 15 years like that and another thing I just bought a phone from there and it's already cracked and busted and they seem like Shawty say gorilla glass supposed to last a lifetime and the thing lasted 3 days

Costco propel, martinelli's

These products are continually out of stock except for the unnecessarily expensive Organic Martinellies Apple Cider. The stores in Mission Viejo and San Juan Capistrano blame decisions at the Southern California regional office that now has the very popular Propel on a "possible delete list". Similarly, except for brand specials, Ketel One is priced $3.00 above Fountain Valley and $2.00 above MV. I understand gas is priced based on surrounding competition but San Juan is sometimes $.30 above Fountain Valley. Biggest complain is that no one seems interested in what the customers ask for in the way of products and there is no way to have your input heard.

Costco an employee

An employee at costco named tasha in antioch ca
Has harassed me on three occasions one inside costco and two in public in a parking lot of a bank! I spoke to dolores, a manager there the first time tasha saw me shopping in costco and made a statement to the checker to make sure I was not stealing and then proceeded to humiliate me in front of other employees there and said to them, that's the [censored] who harassed my son. There was an incident where her son went home from school and said I harassed him and the school district investigation case was closed after finding me not guilty but she continues to harass me in public when I see her! Today I ran into her a bank and she came to my vehicle as I was getting out and said what are you looking at [censored]! Next time your in costco i'll kick your [censored] out and make sure you never return again and let me catch you in public alone! You'll regret it! I am very scared of this employee and feel intimidated by her! She feels I wronged her child in the school district by doing my job and disciplined her child for the behavior he displayed to other students and had to do my job! In return she has continued to harass me since then!

Costco full my prescription last month but refuse this month

Very unprofessional was told they were going to full my prescription in 20 til 30min and then refuse. I have my doctor send my prescription electronic Friday they said was out and pharmacy manager will be in monday so went in a he said no problem it will be ready in 20 til 30 minutes received a call and said that they told me friday they felt uncomfortable with filling my prescription for number one you not the doctor u just the disturber so who u to judge what type on medication I take u not the doctor and for second u full my prescription last month really and ask me if I was a member willn't. Have a Sam card and will stay with them

Costco customer service at self checkout

On september 30, at 4:30pm, the female attendee at the self checkout was not paying attention to my repeated calls for assistance. I think that she deliberately avoided assisting me when I tried to get her attention. She did, although, made it a point to approach 3 different costco employees and carried on lengthy conversations, while I had to actually shout to get her attention. Other customers turned around to me, but she continued to avoid me. Over the years, costco has proven to have the most informed and helpful to me, now this employee is bringing in a new unsatisfactory attitude. Costco torrance

Costco bibigo rice bowl with / teriyaki sauce

This is the 3rd version of this product and the worst! Huge chunks of chewy fowl tasting chicken with too much gooey rice...and very little teriyaki sauce. No flavor so I had to add soy sauce and black pepper to cover the chicken odor. This use to be a tasty quick meal...what happened. This is off my list until a new product appears...but I will be hesitant to buy...might be same thing in a different label. Bad products hurt more than the single item...it brings your product evaluation and quality into play. It's the little things that add up.

I just had one last night. First time buying them. Chicken is strange. No flavor and grisly. Vegetables were good and rice and sauce was mediocre. Won't buy them again.

Hi myself Amanpreet kaur sahota mail id [protected]@gmail.com from Calgary i am not happy with your hr department i am so many times applied for warehouse jobs but they never ever call me back for interview almost from 2 years i applied for this job in different locations but in this time period they hired new employees for this post but i dont know why they dont hired me even no phone call for interview i want a works with this great company so plz do something if you can i am waiting for your reply as soon as possible give me a chance i shall be very thankful to you.

Costco chicken pot pie

The crust on the pot pie has changed. It's thick, salty and gritty. I used to pie buy a lot of these 2-3 years ago when they were delicious, saucy and strips of chicken. Sadly, I will know longer purchase these. When you have a great product, don't cut corners and change the recipe to save a buck. Waste of $20. YUCK! Same for the crust on the pumpkin pie - salty and gritty.

Maybe Sam's is better?

Costco service

The cashier was so disrespectful and arrogant. He was so nice and friendly to white people however when it's my turn he was snubbish and disrespectful.

This kind of attitude should be not tolerated and a prompt dismissal and suspension should be to the employee.

Act of discrimination shouldn't be allowed especially if the employee is dealing with customers. The employee must be subject to suspension or termination.

As per law act of discrimination to customers should not be tolerated in working environment and should be punishable by law.

Costco hp computer

I am normally Costco's biggest supporter and tell everyone I know how much I enjoy doing my shopping for multiple items at this store.
However, recently we have been lied to about an order we made online for a computer and we have also been hung up on when we asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. We purchased a computer from Costco.com because our store did not carry a the computer we wanted with an Core i7 processor. Everything was as expected and we received an email a few days later stating our package had been shipped and we would receive the computer on September 21st, this included a tracking # for Fed Ex. While on the Fed Ex tracking website we were shown that this item would be delivered by the end of the day on the 21st. Since this is a big ticket item we decided to put off going out of town for a day so that our new computer would not be sitting on our porch for an extended amount of time. Also, since my wife has gone back to school she really needed to do some homework over the weekend. While waiting for the package on the 21st I decided to call Fed Ex and see if we could pin point a delivery time. At this time I was told that they haven't even received a package to be sent yet. After calling Costco.com customer service I was told that all the email I received meant is that HP computer company had put our computer on a boat to be shipped and that it could still be while until we received our computer. After asking why I was even sent an email with a tracking # that stated delivery today (crazy I would expect it today) I was told that this is just the way their system works. After voicing my frustration about the bogus tracking system they have set up I asked to speak to a manager. At that point I was hung up on. Now I'm here, and after this I will be headed to the brick and mortar store and we'll see how I'm told that there is nothing they can and I'm sure they will give me some phone number to call.
-Desirable resolution- I would like a supervisor to call me since I was hung up on when I asked to speak to one during my customer service experience. I would like to know what the manager thinks of the package tracking service they offer and see if they can explain how this would benefit the customer. If this is a glitch in their system do they plan on fixing it? Do they understand how this could be a huge problem for a customer expecting something on their front door step?

I wish I had read reviews for Costco Concierge before following their instructions for what I thought was a virus. Later conversations with Webroot determined that it was just a pop-up add sounding very ominous and it could have been deleted simply by Control/alt/delete and exiting the browser. Instead they had me do a system restore which failed and by the 4th contact with them my operating system was so corrupted that they said I would have to send it to HP. Since I was within 90 days, I returned it to Costco and replaced it. So I'm not out money, just a huge hassle and no trust at all in the tech support. I can't begin to tell you the ridiculous guesses made by Costco Concierge as well as HP support regarding the problem. If only I'd contacted Webroot (only reason I didn't was difficulty locating a phone number so I went with the convenience of Costco Concierge-nice but not at all tech savvy.)
