To whom it may concern:
Does a 10:15am appointment really mean, a "whatever 15 appointment?" On Saturday 4/29/23, I was scheduled for a 10:15am appointment for tire replacements and I was not seen until 11:25am. "I ask, shouldn’t the time on the appointment mean just that?" I saw unattended cars just sitting on racks like they just got out of surgery and waiting for the Anesthesia to wear off. Then, I saw 3 available spaces while cars outside were backing up waiting to be serviced. Meanwhile, you already have our money since we pay upon scheduling the appointment. Should not you respect our time?
Maybe if the workers were not listening to the loud music, maybe more work could get done. I’m a construction worker and playing music is frowned upon for safety reasons, and I see no difference in a tire shop. The distractions could result in loose nuts on tires, or worse. Finally, I understand the time it takes for proper work to be done; however, this should not be at the cost of the customers time. I would suggest, If the workers are not properly performing their duties, then they should be replaced.
I look forward to hearing your response.
