One of the citi visa benefits are to cover accidental damage and theft for items you buy on their credit card. Guess what, it is Total Lies and I am very very disappointed - cause I could've used AMEX for same reasons and got covered with no questions asked. I bought a Scooter for my daughter about a month ago, and about a week ago, she parked it and went inside her dorm room to grab something. When she got back (less than a minute), she found the scooter on the ground and it slipped couple steps near which broke the throttle and couple other things on it. So I contacted Citi Bank to ask for coverage, he took all the information, the dates and what happened - he puts me on hold for about 3-5 min cause he has to talk/discuss with "someone" and then comes back with his answer. He said since this is negligence, it is not covered. I asked how is this negligence? he said I'm not sure sir but that what "they" are telling me, and underwriting will send you a letter with denial or approval of your claim. I said but you just said it's not covered, so what will Underwriting do, all he repeated was, underwriting will send you a letter in 2-3 weeks with their decision- which is a denial of course. So do yourselves a favor, and don't use that card for that or at all if possible. Also, I will be submitting this to the Better Business Bureau, but I can't seem to find the right link for that bank/card - Eventually I will :)

I have been using Premier Protein shakes daily for over a year. The last three shakes I had all appear to have a paper/plastic material in them that is not liquid (See attached). It is unsettling and uncomfortable to be drinking a liquid with chunks of paper/plastic like material in it. I even accidentally swallowed some of this material as well. I believe there may be a manufacturing defect with the packaging. I am concerned over continuing to drink this product and the potential hazard to swallow or ingest this material. I would like to continue to buy and use this product but need this issue resolved before I would buy again.

Please let me know if there anything you can do for me or information you can provide.

We have been purchasing and using litter Purrfect for many years and have been very satisfied with it. However, the last two containers that we purchased have been terrible. It does not clump at all like it used to and the odour is terrible! We still have 2 containers left from our last purchase and will have to return them. We are very disappointed as we have always liked this product. Did something change?

Today October 7th 2019 at approximately 4:15 my children and I were shopping at Costco in Farragut TN and saw a sample of some sort of chocolate flavored snack out. It was very busy around the table so I went over myself to grab a sample for myself and my children. The lady who was working the sample stand was very rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers by saying "oh well, wow! Do you need a bag to carry those in" because I got 4 samples to give to my children who were standing 5ft away. The older woman had her name badge inside her apron so I couldn't get her name but this wasn't the first time she has been rude and I feel she needs some additional customer service training so she doesn't talk to customers in this way.

We waited in line for over an hour on Friday to purchase and install tires. They were booked through Friday night and rescheduled our appointment for Sunday around noon. We had to wait in line another hour to speak with the attendant about our order. They had our order information confused with another person so we had to redo our order. They then couldn't find the tires we purchased which took another half hour. We were told it would take 90 minutes to install our tires we have now been wandering around Costco for 2 hours and will have to wait in line for another hour if we want to consult with someone about how much longer it will be. I understand that it is the busy season but I would appreciate more honesty. If it is going to take longer than 90 minutes let us know so that we can plan our day.

We have always used and liked your produce. This was an anomaly so wanted you to be aware of it.
It is normal to have some bad nuts but these were more than usual.
Has many worm hole almonds. One with a larvae like substance attached on it.

This isn't technically a complaint on the product itself.
But I noticed you had an asterisk on the tag in the store, which means you are discontinuing it. It is sku number 1102200. And the upc number is [protected]

Why are u discontinuing this. This is one of the best products in your store! And it sells hugely.

Please bring it back, either with the same product, or have a private label supplier get it to you under your own store brand name.

I ordered CasperKing Size Mattress from Costco Online.

Twice Costco shipped me the wrong size Casper King Mattress. First time 74x76, second time 76x78.
Specifications on Casper website for this mattress is
King, 76" W x 80" L x 12" H, Hybrid: 134 lbs, Foam: 104 lbs

Costco box also describes the King size as 76" W x 80" L x 12" H

I called Costco Online for the return process both the times.

First time Cost sent someone to pick up the mattress, which was rolled on our bed . Second time, when I got the wrong size, I called Costco Customer Service and the rep insists that we take it to UPS or if we want UPS to pick it up then we roll it and box it as UPS will not take it if it is not boxed.

The Costco Casper mattress is a boxed item, that is compressed using some technique to fit in the box, and is delivered in Vans.
How am I supposed to roll over 100 lbs 76x78x12 mattress, box it, and haul all by myself from my bedroom on level 2 to my door?

I want Costco to pick up the mattress from my bedroom, and refund my full amount for the mattress.

I have purchased this cat litter from Costco for a decade and LOVED the clean mild lemon grass scent. My cats loved it too. As a pet sitter and involved in cat rescue, the right cat litter is very important. I ALWAYS recommended this cat litter to new adopters and clients. But...then I noticed a few months ago when I refilled the cat box, I could not smell the lemon grass, and even worse, it was extremely dusty. My cats and I both liked the sutle lemon grass mild scent as its not overpowering, but just smells fresh. But it gets worse, when I tried to scoop out the pee it would barely clump and all broke apart. What the heck? Thought maybe I somehow I got a bad batch, and was looking forward to buying more of the regular good stuff. Wrong! Ever since then, EVERY SINGLE JUG is super dusty and the lemon grass scent is gone! I think most cat owners are willing to pay a little more if the cost to produce the original stuff increased. You cant put a price on a dust free, clean smelling home. PLEASE go back to the original formula. Until then, I will never ever it use it again, and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Bought their 21oz (600g) container of candies yesterday on the basis of a sample at my local Costco. (tasty, 27.5 calories per piece, pretty natural ingredient list - nice)

The container lists 4 flavors: 'Strawberry, Orange, Apricot, Apple Cinnamon' in that order on 3 sides and the top and bottom of the can, and also says 'Contains about 75 PIECES'.

I assumed that the 4 listed flavors would be pretty equally distributed, so maybe 18-20 of each flavor with perhaps slightly less of the last one listed, Apple Cinnamon.

Sadly this was not the case: when I opened the can at home there were 30 orange, 20 strawberry, 20 apple cinnamon and only 5 apricot - which happens to be my favorite flavor of the 4, and the main reason I purchased the container.

The candies are good, so I'll be keeping the container. But I'm definitely not going to buy this again, and I've learned my lesson about assuming things, even at Costco.

Never posted a complaint before in my 20+ years as a very satisfied Costco member (and as things go this isn't a serious complaint); do appreciate this forum being provided for members!

Hello this is Mary Blue I come to your La Mesa Location last week the 18th. This location is the closest to my home. On this day I was belittled, embarrassed, and humiliated. The lady at your out side cash register stated that my money wants real and that I couldn't get my food. Mined you I just came from the bank and had nothing but hundreds on me just bought stuff inside. I just wanted a hot dog and drink for me and my mom. I started crying going to my car in disbelief that because of how I look I can't have to money I had. I even confirmed the the money was real inside and she still wouldn't take it. It's been a week and I still don't feel comfortable going to that location. I think that there should be more training for the cashiers and the proper tools. No one should ever go through what I went through ever.
