COSTCO Order Number [protected]

I ordered online. When the product arrived, it appeared the box beat up & was previously open (possibly returned). Unfortunately, none of the screws nor parts to assemble were included. I requested the missing parts from Costco.

I called Costco and was promised I would receive an email to promptly resolve in 24 hours; over a week later "no response to resolve from Costco".

Online, I tried to return to "non-avail." I tried to write a product review - their site would not allow.

It seems like it is time to cancel my Gold Membership; shot the stock; and recommend Boycotting Costco.
