I ordered a headboard and paid deposit on the 5th of November, being promised delivery date on the 15 December.
When we followed up in December we were informed the fabric was discontinued?
We chose alternate fabric as recommended for replacement and was advised that the headboard would be delivered on the 6th of January.
Once again followed up in January only to be advised that the headoard will be completed on the 22nd of January 2026 with delivery a week later.

Desired outcome: Refund
