Coricraft review: delivery of couch to nelspruit

I bought a couch on the 2 sept 2017 from the branch in bloemfontein and paid them plus the delivery fee for and address in nelspruit.
The color couch we wanted was not available and to speed things up we took a color that your sales lady (Jackie) said was available immediately. She said that delivery will take pace within a week. Up to date we have not received the couch. Jackie referred us to speak to quinton at the bloemfontein branch. His promises to phone me back is just empty promises. He gave me a number of leo wooi in jhb to phone. I phoned there, the lady said he can only be reached by cell. I phoned the cell no. No answer. Can you please ssist
