I had a 72 Inch TV delivered on on Friday Oct. 15, 2021, they arrived between 5:30-6pm. They brought the tv and assembled it on my stand, turned tv on and took pictures for the delivery. I was standing right there thru it all. They left I turned tv off went to store and returned, I proceeded to turn on the tv and saw something that I thought may be plastic left on the tv, I went closer and touched it and saw that it was a crack in the bottom of the glass, I immediately called the store to tell them that I have c racked glass, mind you it wasn't even 2 hours after delivery when I called. The manager to
me to take pictures and email them to the store and he will write it up and send to delivery dept and when he got a response he will call me. The next day I hadn't heard back so I called and followed up, after multiple calls they finally informed me that the delivery dept denied it because they did not see any damage, I told them it is damage and my screen is cracked and I had just got the tv and hadn't even made a payment and I don't want a crack tv, can they replace it with a new one.. After several calls they the manger Chris Morris informed me that he had made several attempts and he himself do see the crack and for me to call again and reach out.. I called the delivery dept again and asked for a manger and fin alt was directed to one, he told me to email pictures again and he will handle it. I tried calling today on Sunday Oct 17 and they kept transferring my calls and I kept getting hung up on, I call back and they tell me to call service, I call service and they tell me to call delivery and I call delivery and get transferred again. At this point I am irritated and exhausted, I went to get a tv and knew I couldn't carry the TV my self, so I got Conns to deliver and when I sit and wait for my delivery, get it and now I am very disappointed.. The tv screen is cracked, I want the tv but I don't want a cracked screen for over 1100.. Conns want their money so why can't I get this problem fixed?
