My husband and I went into your store on 09/05/2019. Our saleman was charles davis, we looked at a brown set which was too dark and the price was over our budget. He then said I have something I want to show you I said is it in our price he said yes. He then showed us the tan set we have pictures with my husband setting on. He said the price was $1800.00. We agreed he wrote it up then we saww the cocktail table total was $2166.00. Fast forward the set was delivered, but brown set was brought to our home. We immediately stopped they called the store they said it was the right set. He spoke to chareles he said thre was a mistake made on his part he apoglied and said the price would be another $900.00 take off $300.00 we knew that was not what we left the store thinking the tan set was what we were buying. We weremade to feel less than or liars about the price and color. The manager was not any better. We were made feel like it never happened. Even when coming to the store with our family, we felt dimissed and was only given a table, our livingroom was empty with family coming in two days. We left feeling not as a valued customer. I dont't have to tell you that a bad experience is told all around. I had to wait because my husband was just shot down in making my dream come true. We were told the labor day sale was extented. My husband was so upset upon leaving the store we went to another store to purchase we had out of town guest coming the next day. So we were pushed. I still feel as we taken advantage of still after this time. I don't know what you could do foe me to feel better. Thank you for the table, but I still upset.
