I bought a gas dryer from Mazer Appliance, Inc
I bought a gas dryer from Mazer Appliance, Inc. in November , and it came with a warranty. It was delivered to me in December. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I had a salesman help me choose the best one they had in stock. I paid for installation and delivery as well. However, in March, it started making terrible noises. I reached out to LG, and they sent a service technician. The technician informed me that the machine was severely damaged at the back, to the point where the warranty couldn't be honored. I had never seen the back of the machine before. I contacted Mazer, but they refused to come and retrieve it. I had to find someone to remove it from my home, load it, and take it back. They also declined to refund my money, instead offering me a store credit for an item that was clearly damaged and shouldn't have been sold.
