When I tried to sign up, it "assigned me" the location of Dubai. I was unable to change this to my actual location. When I checked the FAQs, I was told that to change country, I would have to contact customer support. The catch is that there is no way to contact customer support. No email contacts, no in app chat or feedback, nothing. The website directs me to download the app. I get the impression that there are NO customer support people working for Zoosk. I feel sorry for those that paid money. I feel sorry for the investors. I feel sorry for me for wasting a half hour trying to get it tow work.
