Wendy's / drive through / customer service

I already have talked with the Manager? or District Manager? about speed of service through drive through. His comment was :we don't generally make a practice of having cars with big orders pull off to the side". When it takes 20-25 minutes two separate times to get through the drive through (A CONVENIENCE OF SPEED), you have a problem Houston. This remark only exasburbated the initial complaint! I will now go to Mcdonalds. I like Wendy's better, better deals, but I would like my food in a timely manner.
