Wendysattitude of managers to customers

The managers especially vanessa and michelle are rude to customers when they got an order wrong and have to remake it. They mutter under their breath and give hateful looks. Yet, when their boss is there they act totally different.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Stuttgart, ARThey are very unprofessional and should be fired. Then I have heard them say we as customers should have came in instead of drive thru with big orders. It's not that hard to remake a drink!!! I have also heard vanessa say she'd retaliate if she got complained on... Especially if it were an employee, they'd be fired.

    YOU sound like a disgruntled employee, or you know these women personally. There is absolutely no way you heard all of this in a drive through line.
