Wells Fargo Dealer Services / unbelievable!!! run away

United States Review updated:

I cannot begin to express my frustrations with this company, I was out of work sick for a week UNPAID, and these jerks wont even work with me, and I know there is a 10 day grace period so why do they feel the need to call a day after the payment is due? I do western union payments so sometimes they dont post til the next day, and I usually have to do them on Fridays after 5, and they call me Friday at 3, after Ive already told them that I will be paying it, as I always do, Im seriously thinking of getting rid of the car all together, this has been the worst experience as far as cars go, I usually just buy private party and I am VERY sure I will be doing that again VERY soon. Im sick of this big company taking advantage of the people that pay their salary, and cant even help someone out in a hardship, just totally unbelievable... I would suggest taking a bus before getting a loan with these Jack-###'s, unless of course you like harrassment, and the worst customer service I have ever had, and the rudest reps, I cant believe how they can get away with this! My suggestion is STAY AWAY

There really is no such thing as a "grace period" for car loans, you accrue extra interest every day you go past due. By the time you pay off your car you could have spent an extra $1, 000 (I kid you not) even if you never go so far past due that you pay a late fee.
