Walmart - daughter injured

My 14 month old child's foot got stuck in the grocery cart at walmart. It took 3 manager people, three regular workers and a bolt cutter to get her out. She's okay now. She's going to have a pretty big bruise around her right ankle and some soreness. We were grocery shopping and everything was fine for about 45 minutes, and then my husband says, "Oh my god...

Walmart horrible treatment of customers

I used to frequent this Neighborhood WalMart until a few nights ago when I found myself sick and needed to pick up some medicine late at night. Unfortunately, the store did not have what I needed so I browsed the makeup for a few moments, removed my keys from my purse in order to be prepared when walking to my car in the parking lot, and headed for the exit. It was then that I spotted a woman giving me dirty looks from across the aisle. At the time, I had no clue who she was, but apparently she was an employee that was not wearing a name badge. Since she was muttering nasty things to me for no apparent reason, I assumed she was just some creepy lady. However, when I reached the cash registers, there she was yelling at me from the back of the line of people to stop and that I wasn't going anywhere! She accused me of shoplifting in font of all the workers and customers in line, despite the fact that I had not so much as touched any items in the store during my visit. She insisted I be detained as she radioed for “back up”. After several minutes of arguing, I ended up dumping the contents of my purse on the floor right there in order to prove my innocence so I could get out of there and save some face in front of everyone. It was late. I was sick. I didn't want to be harassed any longer. Lessons learned? #1: Ladies, ignore all those self defense tips you learned and don't dare remove your keys from your purse while in the store or else you'll be accused of stealing. Better to fumble around for them in the dark parking lot outside when you are alone. (And why not feel secure given Walmart's parking lot safety track record: http://walmartwatch.com/battlemart/go/cat/crime_safety) #2: You can take the grocery store out of the Walmart, slap the word “Neighborhood” in front of it and dress it up like a Whole Foods store, but it will always be just a Walmart.

you have a very good ground to sue the company for all the things they did to you. you'd better talk to an attorney.

Walmart incorrect prescription filled

Saturday, September 25, 2010, I had a prescription (Glipizide ER XL 5mg TAB) filled at your pharmacy. However, I discovered that the Glipizide that I was given on Saturday was not the medicine I had been taking. Upon my discovery, I returned to the pharmacy with what I thought was the wrong medicine. At this time, I was told that the Glipizide that I was given on Saturday was the correct medicine. However, the Glipizide that I had been taking for 5 months was not the Glipizide that I was given on Saturday, September 25, 2010. For 5 months I was given the wrong medicine. Because the numbers corresponded, I was told that I had the correct medicine. This is not true. An error of this magnitude is inconceivable. A mistake as serious as this should not be overlooked. Mistakes like this should not happen. Also on Monday, September 27, 2010, I once again returned to the pharmacy to speak with the manager. Ms. Wollanso Boschulte was no help. Her attitude was as if this mistake did not happen. Ms. Boschulte acted as if I did not know what I was talking about. Ms. Boschulte told me that when I left the store that would be the end of the situation because I did not have any more of the pills remaining. But for 5 months I was taking a Glipizide that did not resemble the medicine I was given on Saturday. In all the years that I have had prescriptions filled, I have never been given the wrong medicine. This incident should be thoroughly investigated. This is just unforgivable. I can no longer trust Wal-Mart Pharmacy to safely fill my prescriptions.

Glipizide 5mg xl or er tablets are available from more than one manufacturer. Glucotrol xl 5mg tabs are also the same drug. Judging from the manager's reaction, I would say that it is likely that they gave you the same drug in a different brand. Each brand has its own unique imprint so if you got a different brand, it would not be identical to your previous tablet. Although the law does not requirethis, as a courtesy, the pharmacist or technician should inform the patient when a different brand is used. Usually they will attach a sticker to the bottle which says something like "medicine may have different shape or color- new brand in use". I must admit that at my pharmacy, patients aren't always informed of brand changes. Some drugs such as lisinopril, simvastatin, and metotoprolol come in many brands, shapes, and sizes. We switch brands pretty often and usually get a few calls per week from concerned patients. If this was the case in your situation, the pharmacist should have taken the time to explain it to you.

one way to be sure who is right/wrong is to look up the pill information
http://www.webmd.com/pill-identification/default.htm?ecd=ppc_google_pillsidentifier_DrugsandHerbs_DrugsandHerbs-PillIdentifier_search&gclid=CNCf07fbrKQCFdhA2godPiTmag

seems as though either you were given a generic or for five months have been taking the wrong medication, or vis versa. However, I would not allow any wal-mart store manager to talk down to me. CALL CORPORATE ASAP! And threaten a law suit. This is against the law.

Walmart won't refund/exchange

I bought an rca dvd home theater system model # rtd325w (On the box) within 22 hours of purchase I try to return/exchange the merchandise as it won't work. I carry the receipt (Which also showed that I purchased a one year extended warranty) to the customer service desk. After waiting an hour an assistant manager (Chris sanders) shows up and tells me that because the serial number on the box and the serial number on the equipment don't match he won't do anything for me. How was I to know that the serial numbers weren't going to match in a sealed box? I didn't even think to check when I got home, however he told me that even if I had tried to return it that same day he wouldn't have done anything for me because the box was open. How was I to check that the serial numbers matched if I couldn't open the box? I couldn't get in touch with the store manager or the district manager as of course today is sunday. Now what do I do about getting my monies back or getting the product exchanged? I've worked several dozen years in retail and never treated the customer like I was treated... And still no satisfaction. Was going to purchase over $150.00 worth of other merchandise I needed but I took my money and went to k-mart instead.

Walmart muslim wearing black burqa

I went to walmart to do my regular grocery shopping but I was very upset because I have notice a woman wearing black burqa covering her entire body and face. I know that she was a muslim of some sorts. I was very offended by her outfit. I ask myself why does walmart have to allowed someone to enter the store without showing her/his face. I however, just got very discourage and walk out. I don't like to be intimidated by this kind of outfit. So, my complain is why do they allowed this people to dress no offensive and intimidated to others. I know that they first excuse will be "Freedom of Religion". But it not really religion is a symbol of witchcraft and a cult. I demand that walmart do something about it or I will file a lawsuit against walmart for allowing such cult to take over our store...

Are you for real or just [poorly] attempting to joke?

You obviously don't understand what a cult is.
You need to learn to be tolerant.
She wasn't trying to intimidate anyone. Does she look like a ghost to you, is this why you were afraid?

Walmart counterfeit money

I picked up cash sent to me via money gram from walmart. The amount of $600.00. They gave me 5 one hundred dollar bills and two fifty dollar bills. I went later that eve to pay a bill and was informed that one of the hundreds wasnt real. I went back to walmart the following day and handed the cash to the manager and told her I got this money from here, she counted it twice and said well whats wrong its all here. I told her that one wasnt real, she called the supervisor and I was informed that there is nothing they can do about it. That how do they know I ididnt do it myself. I asked for the supervisors name and she showed me her tag that said "toni" I asked for her last name and she said I dont need it and walked away. I ve called the 1800 walmart number n the corporate number, all to no avail. Am I suppose to eat this fake bill?
The supervisor was nt helpful at all, matter of fact she was quite rude! This is the walmart in front royal va.

Walmart bad hair cuts

For 2 years now I've been growing my hair, to fix a mess a previous hairdresser had made. My hair was finally all one length. I go in to Smart Cuts in Wallmart Airport rd Arden, NC and ask for a layered style. To my luck a girl was sitting their with exactly what I wanted and I pointed her out to the gentleman that was going to cut my hair. He said he knew exactly what I wanted. By the time he was half way cutting I stopped him and asked what he was doing? It was too late, my hair looked like a lawnmower went through it. I asked him to stop what he was doing and called in for help from another hairdresser. She tried to salvage what he had made a mess of. When she was done, I had bob-like hair again with millions of layers, and gone was my long hair. I burst into tears and all she could say with, could I live with the hairstyle that I now have after she was done and could I give them another chance?! No more hair! I left in tears!

Walmart customer service in pharmacy

I use to remember when customer service was stressed so much. Now it is hard to see someone go a litte extra mile to help someone or be nice. Now a days people working in customer service of any kind act like we the customers owe them something.

It never fails. I go to walmart to get my medication. I take insulin and have always drop off my medicaiton at walmart. I need to buy the Needles seperately. I went in to walmart to buy my needles and the lady behind the counter tells me I need a ID and some proof I need needles to be able to buy them. I told her I have a ID and you have my history with my refills for my insulin so that is my proof. The lady behind the counter told me she would needed to see the proof in a letter. I told her I dont have anything in writting only that I am in your system that shows I use insulin. The lady would not look me up. All she could say was sorry cant help you with out a letter. I was going to leave when my husband told me you need the needles cause you need to take your medication so talk to someone else. I was so upset but I did need the needles. I talk to the lady at the drop off counter and told her How can I provide a letter if I dont have one with me and never needed one before and my history should be enough to proof I use the needles. The lady saw how upset I was and went ahead and help me. How hard was it for her to look me up. I could understand if I had not drop off insulin medication berfore.

My complaint today is that every time I go the Walmart pharmacy It never fails that I get poor service. I know that sometimes it is hard being behind the counter but the people you are dealing with have some kind of illness or sickness and are already stressed out as it is and alot of the time are not feeling well. Having to go into the pharmacy and have to deal someone that does not care behind a counter or is having a bad day or does not want to be there be rude or act like dont care but sorry and have a nice day is going to fix everything. Like today I went in to drop off my husband medication just came from the Emergency room and Walmart has our history and is close and on they way home. Waited 20 mins to be told it your going to drop off it wont be ready till tomorrow will we needed the medciation that same day for pain. They have 2.5 hours before they close so I ask her how could you not have it with in 2 hrs. Her answer to me was well do you know how many other we have to fill for today. I told her when you saw me get in line someone should have said something right away about it not being ready today instead of making me wait knowing I am droping off medicaiton. The same response evertime is sorry. I told her your not sorry if you were you would not have made me wait to give me the option to wait to drop off for tomorrow or to go find some where else. I have so many more bad customer service stroies but the two conplaints are the most recent and only a week apart. I know that bad customer service is everwhere but It never fails I get the same bad customer service every time I go there. Why do I go there? Some times I ask myself the same question. Maybe because it the closest place to me. I dont feel I should have go far and when i live close to walmart. I feel that the problem should be address and make them remember that they are dealing with sick people or people with sick family members. I know they them self on a daily bases are the customer and they would not want to be treated poorly. Treat others as you would want to be treated. If everyone would go back to that we would not have so much bad customer service.

Walmart hacked

I got a Money Card and within 5 days I was told the date was wrong and to put one they gave me down and then I couldn't buy anything bause the CVC # on back was wrong. They did nothing so I feared I was hacked and found a place on line that I bought with the 250.00 I had in it. It was really bad and had to buy something I didn't need just to gt my money out. I was then able to close the card.

My husband and I have had 2 cards but one account - since we have had it it has been hacked twice. We told Walmart about it and they would not help us, no money gotten back, they gave us a new card but the account was the exact same - we should of known this was not good. And yep it was a while later but we got hacked- again. Not a big amount- but he doesnt know how mouch my husband eyes our our spending - a gun in WA? I have never been to WA! Little things like that but places we never have gone.
Frustrating! We puled our money and got a real Bank account. So disgusted that they would do nothing for us.

My walmart money card was hacked twice by the same two companies in India even after I disputed the charges and walmart cleared me of them refunded my $500.00 after a month they let the same two companies charge my new card. I've talked to 4 people in the Phillipines this morning and they say the merchant provided proof I was the one who made the charge. Wow, didn't know I was in India watching a freaking movie! I'm canceling my card and will NEVER trust Walmart again, I suggest you do the same.

Walmart when can a store manager call a customer a liar

On 8/25 I went to the Wal-Mart to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I arrived at a couple of minutes to nine AM, I was the first customer of the day and no other vehicles were in the garage. There were approximately 4 mechanics standing around joking and carrying on having a good time. After 15 minutes or so they brought the car to the oil changing station and joked around some more. One of the mechanics then did the oil change and the car just sat there. I asked what the problem was and they told me they were waiting for the supervisor to perform an audit on the work. They called the supervisor then a few minutes later they paged him and then called him on his cell phone. the supervisor then showed up and did his thing. The car was then taken and put on the lift. Then after some more joking around by the mechanics the wheels were removed and balanced and reinstalled and the car sat. I asked the mechanic what was wrong and he told me there was nothing and turned around to the supervisor and told him there was a stripped lug. The supervisor then came out and told me of the problem, and that they did not have the lug but that I could go to the dealer buy the lug and bring back the receipt for reimbursement. I told them I was not going to do that and that it was their responsibility to fix the car. I called for the store manager and the supervisor left to get the lug. My car was not ready until 11:17 that morning. When I went to speak to the store manager, Nick Sanchez, and began to explain to him of the situation and what I had observed, he told me that I had not seen that. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he told me that I had not seen that again. This happened in front of his employees and customers in the automotive department. I then asked for his supervisor and he gave me the number to David Drastrata. When I called and explained to Mr. Drastrata what his store manager had done to me in front of his employees and other store customers, he apologized for Mr. Sanchez' behavior. I told him I wanted a personal apology from Mr. Sanchez and was told that that was not going to happen. Mr. Drastrata was not going to make him apologize. I asked for his supervisor and was given the number to Julie Martin. After speaking to her and telling her what I wanted she told me she would look into it and give me a call back. Needles to say it has been two weeks and nothing. Apparently their customers are of no importance to them.

I purchased two pair of Faded Glory relaxed fit jeans. They were made in Bangladesh. there is an RN# 106747. The problem is that there only 5 belt loops instead of the usual 7. Apparently the factory owner was trying to maximize his profits by cutting back. this may seem trivial but the lack of the two belt loops, makes the jeans uncomfortable.

Walmart refunds

I ordered this ring as a surprise for our 10 year anniversary on 9-3-10 for my husband. I realised on 9-5 that this ring was going to be to small. I called Wal-Mart.com and was told my order9still in processing) was cancelled and that my CC would be charged back. On 9-10 I looked into my account for the credit and nothing. So I looked into my Wal-Mart account to see if it was cancelled and the ststus was SHIPPED. I then called Wal-Mart back and was told no problem, just return it to any Wal-Mart store and they would refund me. I went to Newington NH this morning with all receipts and was told nothing would scan and the only thing I could do was return back in the afternoon with MY BANK STATEMENT(per Heidi P CSM) to prove that I paid for this ring. So I then went home printed off my bank statement FURIOUS and drove to the next local store Concord NH and was told that they could refund my money after I had to log into my Wal-Mart account at the store so they could prove I paid (they had never heard of having to see a bank statement), all said in done, I was given a STORE CREDIT not even the charge back to my account minus the shipping fees! NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Wal-Mart.com and am having serious doubts about shopping at Wal-Mart again!

Walmart horrible horrible horrible place

Horrible horrible horrible Walmart! The worst. 30 checkout lanes and they use 5 every night. Meanwhile on a Saturday night the store is packed and the lines are Sokol long that customers left and right are just abandoning their full carts and just walking out. Carts and crap all over the store. These idiots are too stupid to realize all the money they are losing my being so greedy and not hiring enough staff. Horrible place and I have decided that I will do what many others have done and boycott Walmart!

Nov 27 having worked 14-16 hr shifts-- My son and I stopped at Walmart to cash my payroll check, since banks were closed. For convenience I placed 200.00 dollars on money card, thinking this would be a way to pay utilities per phone. A day or so after depositing, I attempted to pay light bill -but card was rejected----so i thought maybe their bill pay just doesnot accept this type card. Exhausted and having only a few hours left to sleep before having to return to work again, i decided that I would try in Am. The next day I was placed on hold and gave up for i was on break at work. Once at home attempted to pay cable same incident ocurred. I called got to automated system which said that I now had a balance of forty some dollars -listened to transactions -----several for pizza---cell phones etc...Paid fee to speak to person who said that I would have to contact cell phone co and pizza places but they did not have addresses for them, etc representative no help at all. The day after making them aware, the balance on card continued to dwindle. I now have 10.00 bal. I have witten them making them aware i made none of the transactions. I never lost cards or gave info to anyone . All trans were made via phone or internet per representative. This certainly puts me in holiday spirit!

Walmart Money Card never sent cards as promised and just kept on deducting service charges. More than three months later, I tried to get my money back. Customer service department just hung up on me. Be warned! Do not use Walmart MoneyCards! You will loose your money and get no service.

Walmart unsafe work conditions

As overnight stockers one of the most basic essential work tools we need is the pallet jack. While the store managers claim they receive maintanence, the jacks have not been serviced (or serviced correctly) in over a year. In the three years I have worked at this store, I have been injured twice using this equipment. The first being a sprained left shoulder, and the second time my lower back. Anytime I refuse to use the unsafe equipment I get called into the office and "coached" for my "lack of performance."

It recently happened again today Sept 6th 2010. My back has still not fully recovered (tho the workers comp docs released me to full duty) and I have WITHOUT COMPLAINT sucked it up and used the unsafe pallet jacks until recently. My back injury has flaired up again and because of that I have not used the pallet jacks for the past two days.

I am, for whatever reason, one of 3 people who always have to perform the duty of "puller" eventho there are several other people capable and who are not overworked from the use of the shotty equipment.

My manager called me into the office to give me a written "coaching" for my performance today... the only issue being the past two days!
I am fed up with dealing with this unfair treatment and refuse to get hurt using their equipment. Any records "proving" maintenence has occurred is PHONY because I use this equipment everyday and the pallet jacks get worse and worse. I have pictures and want to report them for retaliation and I want to sue. Anyone reading this please let me know if this would be an adequate reason to sue.

Bullied and harrassed by managers and customers, I have been hired at Walmart and since then I felt I have been given less priority because of my disability. Managers don't seem to take any interest because they give me impression that I am a very slow learner. Because of my disability I couldn't make fast progress like normal people, but it is not my fault or in my control, but I have been treated differently. Customers don't seem to understand that regular associates and employees could have disability too and they might not be able to cheer you up or welcome you as you expect. Two of the customers complained to my manager for my mistakes when I was working all day and couldn't smile or greet them well at the end of the day. I was having 8 hours shift and by the end of the day I was exhausted, customer don't care about that. Employees who work there are also human and they expect you to be polite and nice to them as well. Employees are not robots, they can't always fulfill your expectations. Anyway, so all I was saying that sometimes we get really odd hours to work. If they give you 8 hours shift for a day, instead of scheduling you next day in the evening or give you a day break, they give you most early day hours when you already had a late night shift. Scheduling process in really bad. I couldn't even catch up on my sleep and also I am being discriminated because of my disability and constantly being reminded that I am a very slow learner. Because of that they are avoiding to schedule me, giving me less hours when I am in extreme need of money. Also, treating me differently at work, avoiding, passing gestures to other employees and seems very avoiding, careless and unempathetic. How could people with disabilities could survive like that? They need to stop acting and should take responsibility of working hard with people who couldn't control to be disabled and need job to survive. This is extremely upsetting and wrong of management of Walmart. Someone of GM should take action against such type of managers and other associates.

broadway walmart in chula vista is one of the walmarts to avoid in southern california. The store is an absolute mess! and the employees are absolutely rude and unhelpful. Management is just as unhelpful and have no clue how to manage or run a safe tidy working environment.

I, too, have experience pallet jacks that need repairing, some only have one wheel, or when jacked up will not hold the load! Also, the heat inside the 18 wheeler containers sometimes may heat up to a blistering 135 degrees inside the container, in which the management team could careless! You are told to get back to work if they spot you outside your truck trying to take a cool down break to keep from falling out from a heat stroke, and believe me, we have had many that have fallen out due to the heat issue inside the trucks, and some were asked to sign a write up! We are told we will not make our production if we take cool down breaks so are told to get our butts back in the truck! If we speak up about it to them, we stand the chance of being giving an occurrence, which is a mark against you can result in termination if your reach so many! All the managers care about is earning their healthy bonus at the end of the year, and i have been told it is as high as 25.000! The Management team could careless about our welfare, and that is NO LIE! The issue i am having is a bit different, i am employed as a loader/unloader processor, which entails the loading/unloading of sometimes very heavy/bulky freight, which has caused me to Injure my groin in june 2011, which has led to my back locking up on me, my area manager took me up to the AP office to do a report, but I was not taken to the ER for my injury, I was put straight back to work loading the same freight that had caused my injury and now it is causing me some major issues, like I spoke about above, plus now it has also caused my arm and hand to go numb... so after dealing with my injury for almost 2 months, I could not deal with the pain any longer so went to my area manager and told him, they finally took me to the ER, but the attending physician informed me that he could not do an MRI in the ER unless it was a dire emergency such as a major car accident etc, but did tell me that from what my symptoms were that he thought i had a ruptured disc, therefore he was going to write me a work release until i could see my primary care physician so she could order an MRI, well, I get back to the facility hand The AP Manager my paperwork, but he said he could not accept the work release due to there not being enough detailed information on the workmen's compensation medical request sheet. I asked him what he intended on doing and he said contact the ER doctor, and he did, and told the doctor that they could offer me a light duty position until i had my mri and was cleared, so the AP Manager faxed the WCMR to the doc and had him change it back to me being able to work a light duty position, which entailed standing on my feet, walking around a 2.4 million square feet warehouse from 530 am to 6pm. Anyone who knows about a ruptured disc knows being on your feet all day is not a good ideal with this type of injury, but lo and behold this man did not have any concern about me or my injury, he was going to put me back to work right then and there, despite me being in the excruciating pain that i was in, but Thank God my OPS Manager walked in about that time and said NO, she will go home today, and will not work tomorrow. BUT, they told me I MUST see their doc first, that i was NOT to go to my Primary Care Doc. first . I feel if I do see their Doc he will say nothing is wrong and release me, and then I will be terminated for whatever reason they can find, because we all know the company doc always sides with the company who has hired him! So, needless to say, I am stuck, and am afraid my D day is coming when I return this week! I don't know if I should contact an attorney to protect me just in case I do have a major back issue, or take the ____ I am about to get! Any suggestions? I reside in SE Texas! I feel I am being punished for getting injured on the job, plus having to be intimidated at the same time! Wal-Mart is NOT FAIR TO THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT! WE ARE TREATED LIKE MACHINES, NOT HUMANS!

Walmart kicked out for giving away stuggvids.com t shirts

While visiting friends in california this summer, I was at your local walmart. My friend does screenprinting, so we brought a few examples with us that read "WIN BIG PIZZZZA, Visit: www.stuggvids.com". Within the first half hour of handing out shirts, security was very rude, asking us "just what we thought we were doing", asking us to leave, and forcing us to turn off the tape recorder we had brought. SInce it's a free country, I fell okay with being nasty right back to the gaurd, at which point he told me that for the next three months me and my friend were BANNED. Good thing I don't even live in Orange Cove ###! IN closing, spend your money someplace else, the people that run this store are uptight pigs.

I simply wrote the comment I posted above so as to not give my friend's website a bad name. However, this entire complaint was voiced before I realized that J-holes like you are hawkishly watching everything anyone ever posts, simply waiting to pounce on an individual they deem "unintelligent". Shame on you!

Walmart walmart stole money from me

I am an employee at Wal-Mart in Quincy, Ma. 02169 I was off from work yesterday and went shopping there. I was over charged for an item I bought and discovered it after I got home. I took my receipt and the bar code from the item and went to customer service to be refunded for the over charge. I was told that employees cannot get refunds on over charged items. I asked to speak to the store manager, any other customer would have been able to speak to them and would have been refunded. The covering manager would not come to talk to me and told the front end manager to tell me that I could not be refunded because I am an employee. I had mentioned calling corporate and they said go ahead. They left the situation like that and stole my money, now I am also waiting for any retailation on the job. Can you help me?

Walmart Quincy scam

I was charged twice for the same item the last two times I was in there at the Quincy location. First time I thought human error but the second time was very fishy. The item was rung in... Bagged... And then rung in again four items later! Not possible I would have seen her remove it from the bag to ring it in again. Somehow the register was programmed to overcharge! I am sure of this! check your receipts! When I brought it to the managers attention I was treated rudely and told to wait in the customer service line for a refund. I refused and demanded my money back with no apology of their mistake. Lesson learned I will never lower my standards and shop there again! Bad customer service and scams all around

Stealth Pilot, I know what you mean and one thing I would like to know from Joan is did she call corporate or did she just use this to get her money? If she really felt she was cheated by the store she should have made the call. I know that the Walmart I worked for at the Service Desk would give refunds anytime to anyone who wanted one and had their receipt. However, we did keep records of certain people. It would be interesting to know if this person was on the one at that store. I didn't mean that her store had to; But the corporate office when I worked there always told us that it is their policy to give refunds, No questions asked, If the customer had their receipt.

Was anyone paying attention to this person? This is one of their employees. They were overcharged. The employee discount will be less after the overcharge is fixed. Why would the store not want to give their employee a lesser employee discount? I worked for years at Walmart and I was never denied a refund on an overcharge. It is the policy of Walmart to give a refund without question if the customer has a receipt and proof of an overcharge. You are a customer no matter what if you purchase items from Walmart whether or not you are an employee. It doesn't matter if it is one time or one thousand times; If you have your receipt the store has to honor your request.
