I am outraged at the hypocrisy of your company. If your decision is not politically motivated then you must take the general population for fools. It is a shame that your company cowers to the liberal left. Remember that the people who purchase at your stores are the same hardworking people who are fed up with the liberal left. I will certainly make sure that everyone that I know, including my wife, who purchases and spends a lot in your stores, will no longer set step in your stores until you get your act together. Shame on you.

I am so dissatisfied with your company, to take political sides on the removal of Ivanka Trump's clothing line. This is a disgrace! What is the motivation- it is not quality, it is not sales. This is so hypocritical. I would appreciate it if your company would continue to carry Ivanka Trump's clothing and keep out of the politics. I am not liberal and I am not conservative, I am an American!

I am totally ashamed that Ivanka Trumps line has been canceled. I have canceled my Nordstroms and T.J. Maxx Card and will not be purchasing anything. I will tell all my family and friends what I have done and would hope as Americans they will do the same. So disappointed

You should not get into politics nor religion. Your actions are deplorable. This lady is an outstanding person. She could very well be the next president of our nation. She handles herself very well. She has family values and her children. There will be no more shopping at the Evansville store nor Marshalls. Once the people hear of this, your sales will suffer.

I am ashamed of your business ethic. Ivanka is a family person who loves her children. You have attacked becaused of her father; OUR PRESIDENT. No one in my family-mother-2 sisters-nor girlfriend will shop at your Evansville store nor at Marshall's. You need to stay out of politics and religion. Bob Gooch

People Support and believe in the right of all companies to choose to sell or not sell any product. There are many groups that are signing up for credit cards from those companies to support the companies has the right to make their business decisions. It is called freedom in business. We support these stores and will buy more from them.
Ivanka's Company has a right to do business anywhere. Doesn’t any business depend on the public buying them and the public is standing up all over the world as everyone have seem and are saying no we can no longer be silent. It comes from a deep consideration for all people. She or The President does not have the right to control markets from or use the W.H. as their advertisement to increase their wealth and use us as their money source. Isn’t it the duty of the people to keep speaking out about the misuse of our government and our tax money to support personal agenda for overreaching power or accumulation of wealth? She is very actively involved in Politics literally spending a major amount of time in the W.H, involved in meetings and in major actions and decision. Then she has used all those platforms to sell and make money for personal use. We are not hating her or yelling at anyone, that is not what we feel or believe how to be. Try to look inside and see where that perceptions or projections is coming from? Maybe we could all keep asking ourselves what is deeper inside core of my motives and feelings and how can I make choices that serve the goodness of all. Yes people are strongly saying no but it comes from a conscious awareness and concern of others. Hasn’t She shown her intent by her action of trying to sell her dresses after functions or her jewelry. Even Melanie Trump has declared that her brand has been harmed and is suing for $150 million dollars. Isn’t a intent an expression of goodness or not. Service to the country is about service not about making the Trump Brand more money or giving the power away to greed.
Quote from W. H. fear is a good thing it leads to taking action so darkness is good." Mine "Fear causes submission of freedom and choices. It weakens your frredom"
MaryAnn Willianson Says "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us.

@B. Mor With all due respect, these people had these businesses long before the White House became an issue. To assign the president's new job as a reason to be jealous of his finances is just plain stupid. It is not like they started these businesses up the moment they hit the White House. You are way off base. Furthermore, taking a job in no way means that you have to give up everything you worked your whole life for. I did not see Obama, or Clintons, or the Bush's giving up their millions when they gained office. I did not see people protesting demanding that they do so either. Hell, the Bush's are richer than the Trumps. No one demanded they give up their business, and they are in the OIL business. How about you look up the words POT and KETTLE.

@B. Mor liberals and democrats are guilty of bigotry and bullying. They have become the definition of fascist.

It is disgusting that companies will jeopardize business to by attempting to force our liberties of freedom of speech and differences which this country was founded on to be in agreement with their hidden agendas. Business should focus on business, not politics. We the people have a right to agree and disagree whether its fashion or politics. Stick to fashion and stay OUT of politics. I will NOT buy from any company that gets involved and tries to force its will on the people even if I agree with the topic. I will be sure to spread the word on shopping with TJX. Disappointing behavior

WAH!!! I'm a big baby Trump supporter. We big babies love Trump because he is the biggest baby of them all. We didn't go in your store looking for Ivanka Trump clothing or shoes, and find it gone, we just heard about this onlline and came here to cry about it and through our pretend weight around. Even though we are a minority of the citizens in this country and getting to be a smaller minority every day, we like to feel important on the internet. So take that TJ Maxx! Wah on you!

Dear TJMAXX, Nordstrom, and other like companies: I am glad you took this action. You probably did it for typical commerce reasons, and that's fine. But Americans should not ignore that fact that the Trump family is doing all kinds of business out of the White House. I am ashamed that some good people have put their own ethics and morality in a blind trust so that they can continue to support unsavory politicians and their relatives with a conscience unburden by any sense of what is right. Our whole country is being sold a bill of goods labeled TRUMP!

I totally disagree with TJMaxx decision to stop selling Ivanka Trump's clothing line. This has nothing to do with my liking or disliking her clothes or her father it has everything to do with the fact that she has the right to have a business and people have the right to buy or not buy her goods and her father's politics should have nothing to do with it. No one would have done this to Chelsea Clinton if she had a clothing line when her father was impeached would they? I think this is a punitive action against the president in the extreme and its sickens me to see just how divisive this country has become. You just lost a really good customer TJ Maxx.

No one can prove that the items that were removed weren't removed for profit and sales reasons. I used to work for an online retailer (I left about a year ago) that decided to discontinue selling Trump Home products in November. Many people were upset thinking that it was politically motivated. While I can't say the timing may not have a relation, the products sold horribly due to quality/price. They should have been removed years ago based upon poor performance alone. After several years working there (before he even got into politics), I had seen very few items (out of 100+) sold over approximately five years.

Anyways, you cannot confirm the reasons why for sure a brand was discontinued.

If half the people that voted for President TRump stop going to your store then you Tj Max you are history. Goodbye to you !!!

I find it hard to believe that sales is the reason why you are discontinuing her line. She makes beautiful clothing and at your stores was a real bargain. I'm ashamed that your company has decided for political reasons to discontinue her line. She is a classy lady.

Very Disappointed in one of our Favorite stores - TJMAXX - mixing politics with fashion and sales. My friends, family and I will no longer shop at TJMaxx as long as you refuse to carry Ivanka's clothing line.

@smb8710 So you can control where your friends and family shop?

What is going on with the United States ? I have never seen so much hatred! TJ Maxx was my absolutely favorite store. I never thought a bussines would be so bias. TJ Maxx you are choosing politics over profit?

What is wrong you ask? The Obama and Hillary fan club can't see past their racist and biased noses long enough to realize that the reason Trump won is because we are sick of Democrats/liberals. Just look at the way people are acting and you can see why.

A few things. There's a list of things we can or can't feature. "Feature" means put on a display rack or on a certain fixture. We can still carry brands we don't feature. And if we do feature something that isn't supposed to be featured, our store could get in trouble. This list can be comprised of requests from certain brands, with specific rules like "don't feature Nike products alongside under armor products", and some of the items on the list are from corporate. Not ALL brands are on this list. We do still have Ivanka's clothing in our stores, it just might not be featured. Also, in some cases, the head manager can decide what the want featured or not with brands that aren't on the list.
