Teleflora / flowers birthday package - order [protected]

I ordered some flowers, chocolates and Balloon to be delivered on the 12th of May for my sisters Birthday on the 12th. A number of things have gone wrong with this which has made me loose all confidence in Teleflora
1) The full amount has been taken from my card way before the delivery being made
2) The delivery email was sent to me, but the flowers were never delivered
3) I called already three times to cancel the order as my sister never received the flowers, each time the customer services tried to get in touch with the florist but they could not and could not prove that the delivery ever took place
4) I specifically said that the order is cancelled and they should not try to deliver again
5) They left the flowers on the doorstep today 16th May, despite me instructing to cancel the order .
6) My sister was not even given a chance to reject the flowers
6) The flowers are old and not fresh, the chocolate and the Balloon are not there

Please can you get someone to go and pick up the flowers as they are not as per the requirements . And please refund me the money that you have taken from my account.
