The representative Raymond Macart or whatever his last name was so rude and didn't help solve my problem but instead blamed me and said how was it their fault. I then called back and talked to a lady Dasha who then solved my issue. I will no longer be banking with this horrible bank. They need to be shut down!! Horrible customer service and they steal your money. I've never had a bank that charged so much. Three $35 fees in two days come on now. You guys won't get another dime from me
