I live in hyderabad, I have a terrible problem with tata landline handset, with wire problem, and handset reception problem. I have spoken with customer care and they are asking me to pay 5000 INR for new handset with delivery period of 3 months. Although, I have already paid 1000 INR as advance payment. I don't understand why I have been asked to pay such a huge amount. I request the concern authority to take the notice and help me out with this.
